Spectrum Holiday Apartments is a self catering accommodations business. This means that we supply a starter pack that we place in the apartment which includes toilet paper x 2 rolls, personal soap x 2. dishwasing and clothes washing liquid x 1, rubbish bag x 1, cleaning cloth and scourer X 1 and dishwasher powder x 1. Once this supply has been exhausted the cost to replenish is upon the guest.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Excellent river view, quiet and excellent room facility
Pros:

The best view from the balcony and a bedroom, location was good and quiet and the room was very clean!

Cons:

We never saw a staff during the whole stay.

Unfortunately, we could not get the TV in the main area to work and the reception office was closed the whole time we were there. Could not find any instructions.

Enjoyable and positive experience at Spectrum Apartments.
Pros:

The apartment in general, it exceed our expectations. The location, the views, the cleanliness, the facilities, the staff attention to detail, etc. We left the place completely satisfied.

Cons:

Nothing at all, the experience was positive. Everything was provided and we didn't need much either.

Pros:

Great location and the views from our apartment were lovely.

Cons:

Our time at the apartment was soured by being accused of smoking when we were absolutely not. We received a knock on the door on a Saturday night from who I assume to be the manager asking if we were smoking which we said no. That first interaction was okay, I don't mind being asked so that they can find out.
It was the morning after checking out that really upset me. I was called by the receptionist to ask once again if we had been smoking. I said no, but that answer wasn't good enough and I was requested to 'tell the truth, be honest'. It was a shitty way to end our weekend away to be honest.

Pros:

Location, swimming pool, close to the beach

Cons:

Wi-fi would always cut out, or slow, facilities are good but a bit outdated, tv was glitchy and sometimes would stop. When we arrived both fans weren't working so they had to get them fixed, after the electrician came one fan was working fine while the other still had some faults and was not working if we wanted to change its speed.

Short stay at beautiful Budds Beach
Pros:

Fabulous location. Unit on 10th floor with awesome view! Small living area and bedrooms. Large patio area.

Super few days in this well maintained and located apartment
Pros:

Lovely apartment in great location away from the busy centre of Surfers Beach. Very spacious with amazing views of the river. Really enjoyed our stay and would return.

Great location. Apartment had everything we needed. It was clean and cool.

Fan in second bed room did not work. Light in the main bedroom wouldn’t turn off.

It was ok
Pros:

The location was great and the apartment was clean.

Cons:

There was no working Internet connection. We contacted the staff and asked about fixing it, they sent someone up to check it out. But they still couldn’t fix it, they basically said sorry you will have to deal with it. We went with kids and were hoping for a few quiet days, relaxing and we couldn’t even have the kids sit and watch Netflix for a while.

The apartment was excellent and spacious to all of us and it over looked the lagoon which was awesome watching the people on their boats.

Great getaway spot
Pros:

Location was excellent, quick walk to shops, bars etc. water views great. Pools good!

Cons:

Allocated the managers pokey dark parking spot with leaking calcified water dripping from above, not the actual unit car space (which had easy accessibility)
