Pros:

Carolyne was absolutely amazing! She went above and beyond to treat us for our honeymoon and was super flexible to accommodate our surfing needs.

Can’t wait to be back!
Pros:

The unit was excellent - a great size, plenty of space, carpets were so soft and there was everything needed in the kitchen. The host - Carolyn - was super friendly! The swimming pool, spa and sauna were well utilised and there were plenty of boards and beach toys to take to the lifeguard patrolled beach just across the road.

Pros:

Location was perfect. Opposite Northcliffe surf club, easy walk into Surfers Paradise, one block to the light rail. Spacious apartment, good kitchen and facilities, complex a bit outdated.
Caroline and Gary are very helpful, very friendly, nothing is too much trouble.

Cons:

Very narrow balcony, construction site opposite.

Still good anyway.
Pros:

The place is spacious, staff always keep me updated, even we didn’t meet each other. the processes went very smoothly

Cons:

the place is a bit old, floor is not even, I almost fall down for few time, there is no air conditioning in the room so I have to open the door when I sleep.
