トラムの駅からすぐ、海へも歩いてすぐ、サーファーズパラダイスへも海沿いを歩いて行ける、というロケーションはもちろん良かったが、何よりオーナーのキャロリンがとてもフレンドリーで最高に良かった！飛行機の遅延を知らせると、鍵を郵便受けに入れておくからと返信があったが、鍵を入れた封筒に手書きのメッセージが。また、出発の前にもチェックアウト時の注意事項が部屋に届いていたが、そこにもちょっとお茶目なメッセージ。なんだか親戚の家に泊まりに来たような、また帰ってくるね、と言いたくなるような、そんな場所です。

Cons:

特にない。ここに限らず、オーストラリアにはウォシュレットは普及していないんですね。

Spacious and comfortable. Able to whale watch and cheer Gold Coast marathon runners from our balcony. The beach also a 5 minute walk away.

Great accommodation, great location. Highly recommended.
Pros:

The apartment was wonderful and spacious with everything you need. The kids loved the pool and spa and the location was across the road from the beach. Tram stop was only a short walk away too. Carolyn, the building manager, was such a delight and made you feel so welcomed and helped with anything needed. Would definitely stay here again!

Ocean views, friendly staff and great location
Pros:

The service and communication perfect, the location is brilliant and our room was very well appointed and functional and very affordable. It also had good internet and the view from the balcony was excellent. The parking area was secure and the tandem car parks very handy.

Cons:

If I had to pick something it would be that the room was a bit dusty in some places but nothing that was a deal breaker or would cause me to complain to the staff as the showers, toilets and kitchens were perfect.
