Onsite parking has a strict height restriction of 5.6 ft. Additional vehicles and vehicles exceeding the 5.6 ft height clearance cannot park at the hotel and will be directed to public parking located within 328 ft of the hotel. External parking charges are to be paid for by the guest and will not be compensated by the hotel.

Please note that this property does not have any policies, procedures or resources in place to accommodate the unique needs of school graduates during the annual "Schoolies Week" period. It does not have adequate resources to engage qualified security personnel to guarantee the safety, comfort and convenience of school graduate guests during this period. Spacious
The apartment was not clean. It was disgustingly dirty. There were no towels, no bins. I had to request 3 times upon check in for the apartment to be cleaned. I was told it had been cleaned each time when in fact it wasn’t. Had to request towels which they said would bring them right away but had to call the next morning to request again. Very disappointing.
Nothing
This property was the most disgusting place I have ever stayed in. Do not be fooled by the photos. They show on imagine and give you a totally different apartment. The floors were sticky, blood on the sheets, the fans not working, a broken tv placed behind a working one, the tap not even attached to the basin. Not to mention the smell of pure urine as you entered the front door. I had to purchase a mop and bucket just for the floors not to be sticky. When advising the property manager of all this he showed little to no sympathy and advised if I didn’t return my key immediately I wouldn’t receive a full refund. He was not accommodating at all. This left us having to find alternative accommodation for the duration of the stay and lost a lot of money in the process. He made empty threats and the overall experience really affected the whole holiday.

Heaters did not work , windows do not close entierly,soap hunger broken,under and over washing machine dirty, must keep the certains with clothes pins. Very noisy, furnitures in bathroom in very poir condition, and si on..
The pool
It was dirty they only gave us a tiny little blanket that was in the cupboard for who knows how long cockroaches all threw the kitchen the hall outside our room smelt like cat urine

Not what was advertised. It was not clean and the manager did not arrange for it to be cleaned it was dirty and not sanitary until I cleaned it, it has paint pealing of the wall, the cutlery and utensil’s were not clean could not have a hot shower as the shower was not working just dribbling. The couches were covered in white scum. Mat had dry vomit. This was not a small mess that had been missed it was discussing.
Absolutely everything
Absolutely disgusting, I tried to contact the team, they called me back the night before check out and didn't want to fix anything, dirty, uncomfortable, worn, tv didn't work, shower didn't have taps to turn on.
Thw whole unit was Very dirty. Couches were all dirty. There were snots on the walls. Toilets had hair on the floors. Was disgusting, furniture was broken.Very rude manager will shut the phone in your face for complaining about the state of the unit. Very unsafe on level 22 where the balcony doors dont lock, Very unsafe for kids.
Location and it’s kind a cute apartment, good size for a couple..
Did not like the aircon, old style, too loud when on. Need new ones that’s on wall..
No air in bathroom and some areas in apartment are dirty and dusty..
The vacuum was still full of dust and rubbish , it should be emptied before the next people who comes to stay over for holiday..
The property was in a nice location
The property was filthy and felt unclean the shower and soap remnants in the shower along with hair and mould. The bed had something white spilt down the side of the bed. The patio door didn’t lock which was a safety issue.
My contact details were given to another customer.
We couldn’t stay there. Someone finally contacted us the next day but had had to find other accommodation.

Absolutely nothing -
the air conditioner ( portable) leaked water - and had obviously been doing so for a long time - going by the state of the bottom of the wooden wardrobe. Blood on the fridge and wall - just a couple of smudges but still not suitable. Microwave had exposed rust inside. Broken fragments of glass on the bedroom carpet - resulting in my friend getting a peice in her foot. Mould throughout. Broken plates, filthy glasses. Smelly dishwasher. The bathroom had not been cleaned for quite some time - given the scum around the bottom of the glass shower panels.
Do yourself a favour - take note of the reviews - not the ones from the permanent residents, - but from the people who stay occasionally.
Pray for this buildings demolition - in the meantime
STAY AWAY .
Don't expect any reception, or customer service, do expect dirty filthy environment - including the indoor pool . Did not try the outdoor pool.

I wish to formally raise serious concerns regarding the condition, safety, and suitability of the premises. Our stay has been unsatisfactory due to multiple issues relating to maintenance, hygiene, and security.
Several common facilities are damaged, unsafe, or unserviceable. The tennis court is out of service, the BBQ area is unhygienic, and unauthorised members of the public are able to access the property and use the pool facilities. Both the indoor and outdoor pools are extremely dirty, and the pool fence is broken, creating a serious safety risk.
The accommodation itself is in poor condition. My room has damaged walls, a rusted table, and a rusty toaster. The fridge is unsafe and unstable, being propped up with a piece of timber. The bed sheets provided were dirty.
There is also a serious hygiene issue in the kitchen, with cockroaches present, including inside the dishwasher, which appears to be infested.
Additionally, there is no suitable or adequate parking available for a 4WD vehicle.
Taken together, these issues render the premises unsafe, unhygienic, and not fit for occupancy. The property should be properly repaired, cleaned, and brought up to an acceptable standard before being rented out or occupied. I request this matter be addressed as a matter of urgency.

How close it was to Cavill ave and the beach.
Option of two pools.
1. Fans not working
2. Lights not working
3. Dirty walls
4. Limited utensils
5. Getting kicked out of the pool before 8pm by security
6. Car park too small
7. Uncomfortable beds
Perfect size apartment for me and my son. Aircons worked good and great open area for animals.
The balcony railing was quite largely spaced. Not good for little dogs.
