Fabulous location, patrolled beach and surf club straight across the road. A small walk to the esplanade of Coolangatta for eating, shopping and entertainment.
The villa was roomy and tastefully decorated.

A nice complex with lots of potential. Units just need some updating/TLC/maintenance. I would stay there again as the location was superb.
Our check in process was disappointing. We arrived early (around 12pm) after a 4hr drive and asked if our room was ready. We were told it was not yet ready as it was being cleaned and that it wouldn't be too much longer at which time we would receive a text message to advise it was ready. That was fine, early check ins aren't always possible. We went to get some groceries and have lunch.
We returned at 2pm (check in time as advertised in all communication from the venue) and were told yet again that the room was not ready and still being cleaned. Friends we were travelling with were also waiting on their room to be ready. Our room was finally ready around 2:30pm.
We proceeded to the room - be warned, if you're considering the split level villa and struggle with stairs, think again. Ground level is your friend.
The kitchen was stocked with random items for cooking/preparing food, and a broken coffee cup. A messy bottom draw full of odd bits and pieces.
Considering we were waiting over 2hrs for our room to be cleaned, we were disappointed to find dirty cushion covers, sand and dust on the dining chairs and fan blades caked in dust.
Gas bbqs were great but an outdoor sink would be handy to help with the cleaning process.
Units seem dated and in need of some TLC. Door stoppers falling off doors, faulty shower heads, toilet roll holders very loose and poorly fitted, screen doors not even on the rails in one unit.
Lots of small details that could be easily fixed.

The location and cost were excellent. The apartment was a great size and there was plenty of parking.
The apartment lacked some basics, like tissues and paper towel. The bins in the apartment hadn't been emptied when we arrived.
The only plus for this property is the proximity to the beach
The cleaniness and no prior warning that the room was on a busy street corner, would put photos of the mould and soap scum in the bathrooms up but they are gross 🤢

Property was dusty in bedrooms, and very dated , think it’s seen its best times tbh , ready for a upgrade especially bathrooms ,
Location handy to beach and shops. Our apartment 44 had been recently renovated which was nicer than previous appartments we have stay in at the complex. Pool lovely. Parking secure downstairs.
No issues with the property. I’m still waiting to have the $200 holding amount returned back to my bank account and it’s now been a week. I’ve emailed administration and they said it’s sorted their end, but speaking to my bank they say it’s property end.

Unit cleanliness was poor
The location was really good close walking distance to both Coolangatta and Rainbow beaches.
It was a little dated, and could do with some updating.
