Surfers gem.
Pros:

Great location.We were able to walk to shops,cafes etc. Nice and quiet at night.

Cons:

Rooms are a little dated, but are clean and tidy.

Pros:

Walking distance to centre of surfers paradise. Also close to local shops and restaurants. Loved havin a kitchen and washin machine plus dryer.

Cons:

Not much shade in pool area but pool temperature was lovely and warm. There is no lift so not good if you dont do stairs, but good exercise..

Great place to stay but not suitable for people working/ needing WiFi
Pros:

Great location, great kitchen equipment, the flat was very clean, the balcony was very spacious, quiet but central

Cons:

This place is not really suitable for people trying to work. The WiFi was really bad, we used our mobile data as hot spot. And there aren’t many power outlets which made it difficult to work and charge our laptops at the same time.

Cons:

Very uncomfortable bed, hard to get responses from staff over issues with the Internet codes. Nasty smell in the common area carpet. Wouldn't stay again.

Spacious and comfortable just needs to be more well maintained,
Pros:

Great location and comfortable for 4 adults with plenty of space.

Cons:

Wasn’t very well maintained everything seemed like it was 1 use from falling apart and took our security deposit for damage that occurred while we weren’t even in the apartment.

Pros:

L'emplacement était bien à 15 min à pied de Cavill Avenue. C'était calme. La dame de la réception était super sympa. Il y avait un parking sécurisé. Le logement était correctement équipé.

Nice relaxing pleasant stay close to the centre of Gold Coast.
Pros:

The property was nice and spacious. The decor was nice and fitting for the Gold Coast location and was reasonably quiet and peaceful even though it was in the heart of gold coast with only a 10 minute walk to Cavill Ave.

Cons:

The only issues was the smell in the stairwell stunk of smelly feet from someone's cooking 24/7 and seemed ingrained in air.

Pros:

No breakfast included, location wise is very good, not far to walk to the surfers paradise and the tram station. Very affordable for a long stay.

Cons:

Shower floor very slippery and the water flow was difficult to regulate, when flushing the toilet is very noisy and can disturb other residents during the night.

I underestimated how good this place is, the pictures don't do it justice. FANTASTIC Vacation
Pros:

I liked that Annie was very helpful and also the caretaker guy was kind and friendly.
Our apartment was cosy and organised, stunning location close to everything 5 mins walk to the main street of surfers paradise just across the small foot bridge but also away from the hussle and bustle.

Cons:

Nothing everything was great, surprisingly no complaints
