It was good for our needs.
Pros:

Kitchen was well stocked. Bed was comfortable. The ocean view was good too. The lounge room was spacious and comfortable.

Cons:

Not enough tea, coffee and sugar. There was only one toilet roll. I have never come across not able to get top ups before.

Location, Location, location
Pros:

Location is excellent with tram station outside of apartment. Easy walk into Surfers. Good facilities with heated indoor pool, Kitchen well catered for, plenty of space in the apartment.

Cons:

Bed was a little uncomfortable, but expected for the price. A little outdated, but once again, usable and the price reflects this.

Pros:

Position great. 1 block to walk into Surfers Paradise. 9th floor which was a great view and sea breeze.

Cons:

It's a dated property. I recall staying there back in the 90's as a family and I felt it was the same apartment!. Needs a bit of updating

Supernöjd - skulle gärna bo här igen och rekommenderar gärna.
Pros:

Läget: nära strand, nära livsmedelsaffär, bra kommunikationer med buss och spårvagn.

Lägenheten: rymlig, välstädad, balkong med utsikt över havet mm. Skönt med AC och fläkt. Skönt med utomhuspoolen. Lugnt i huset och trevlig personal/manager. Mycket prisvärt.

Cons:

Saknade gratis wifi - alltid en fin service att erbjuda.

Although I was always able to find parking, I was worried that one day I may not find one. There is no allocated parking for each unit.

Noisy, mouldy, and lots of interesting odours. Very poor

Central location right next to the beach

Cons:

Mould in bathroom, cupboards full of random stuff from previous guests, so much mould in aircon we couldn’t turn it on. Left with half a roll of toilet paper for 2 nights.

Not good, left not long after been there to go to a different hotel. Felt very unsafe.

Cons:

We felt very unsafe at this apartment so we left and went to a different hotel. Wasn’t clean and the facilities wasn’t good either. Only had one roll of toilet paper too and no other toiletries. Not only that but we would have had to pay for watching the tv/ wifi. I just feel like if we are paying good money to stay here we shouldn’t have to pay for these things.
We also didn’t feel comfortable telling the receptionist this either so made up a reason to leave.
