Pros:

This apartment was perfect for our stay. It was very spacious and the views from inside and on the balcony were incredible. Having 4 bedrooms plus 4 bathrooms were a bonus and the laundry was really useful. The host Seven kept in touch and it was easy to find our way up to the top floor of this amazing apartment. Having the whole floor to,ourselves made it very private and it was also very quiet. It was within a short walking distance to the beach, some shops, cafes and restaurants plus the tram to take you to Pacific Fair Shopping Centre. The pool was handy for a refreshing dip too. We had a wonderful holiday at Surfers Paradise topped off by staying at the Lotus Resort.

Great location and room but very poor communication.
Pros:

The room was very spacious and was very comfortable. It was perfect for our stay. There was a bathroom for each bedroom which was amazing. Everything was very clean.

Cons:

There was minimal utensils/ cutlery in the kitchen. Unfortunately the communication with the property was highly disappointing. Even for check in- to get the code for the hotel it took several calls and texts to get through. One of the guests left her charger at the property and we are still trying to get hold of the management team to retrieve it and we stayed over 2 weeks ago! The communication has been very poor and just unnecessarily difficult. I really hope this can be looked into because otherwise this property would be 10/10.

Stunning place with a breathtaking view. Highly recommend! Very spacious and not a far walk to the beach!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Lotus Resort! Was exceptional. Spacious rooms and bathrooms. Greta aircon and pool. Large living space and amazing balcony with the most exceptional view. Located in such a peaceful street with plenty of parking but then a very close walk to the shops and beach. We loved it.

Nice time and location, which can be turned into an excellent experience with attention to detail.
Pros:

Really nice location and view. Excellent communication from the manager.

Cons:

There was very few cooking implements, pots and pans and the shower rail was broken with the shower hanging loosely so needed the property manager to come fix it.

We enjoyed our stay at the Lotus. The view at night was amazing.
Pros:

The apartment was great. Well set out with ensuites to 3 of the bedrooms and a main bathroom for the 4th bedroom.
The location was good. A 15 minute walk to Surfers or to Chevron Island shops.

Cons:

Not enough kitchen utensils and equipment. Very minimal provided.
