Pros:

Location, view across from the bay beach. It eas clean & well appointed with good undercover parking.

Cons:

That the keys had to be picked up from the real estate agent at a separate location.

Unit 8 Charlton Appts
Pros:

The unit had everything required for a good stay. It was roomy and clean I would stay there again.

Cons:

The rug in the lounge and the washing machine are quite dirty and I'm not sure why there are 2 queen beds. If there are older kids, they won't share a bed especially if they are opposite sex. We were 3 siblings and 1 of us used the fold out bed which is squeaky, saggy and quite uncomfortable.

Pros:

Location was great. Apartment was very spacious with everything supplied

Cons:

Bedroom door couldn't close as bed too big for room and too close to door. Bedside lamps only there for decoration as no power points to plug them into. No internet/wi fi connections. Property difficult to contact as published phone numbers are obsolete.

Cons:

Washing machine didn’t work.
Bathroom taps were hard to use, and the taps leaked.
And I assume the hot water is on off peak,as ran out of hot water most nights.

Pros:

The location is brilliant. Lovely view of the bay and great proximity to shops and dining. The beds and furniture were very comfortable.

Cons:

It’s a tired unit that needs a good refurb and a deep clean.

We stayed two nights for sad reasons so enjoyed being able to just cross the road for a walk on the beach and watch sun

The view, location, large apartment, number 10.

Cons:

Having to drive to Pialba to pick up & drop key. Being told be out by 10am and drop off key by 10.15am 3 kilometres away. What if I didn’t drive?? key safe at the property would be much better.
The very high bath you had to climb in to shower. The ensuite shower was fine.
Very squishy parking in garage.

It was very relaxing and we didn’t need to use the car.
Pros:

The property was within walking distance of lots of Restaurants and Cafes. Across from the beach the unit was decorated very well with everything you would need for your stay.
