Sehr empfehlenswert! Wir kommen wieder
Pros:

Wir übernachteten in der sehr ruhigen Maisonetten Wohnung. Helle, schöne, sehr saubere offene Wohnung. Große gut ausgestattete Küche und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Das gesamte Haus ist renoviert und sehr gepflegt. Die Fußbodenheizung erwärmte die Wohnung in kalten Tagen äußerst angenehm. Ein toller Fahrstuhl ist vorhanden. Nur 150 Meter in Sichtweite, befindet sich ein großes Parkhaus und von dort aus beginnt bereits die ''Einkaufsmeile''. Sehr nette Gastgeber, die zwar nicht anwesend sind, aber sofort telefonisch oder per WhatsApp auf alle Fragen reagieren.

Cons:

Aufgrund der Bilder, kann eventuell ein Balkon vermutet werden, allerdings hat die Maisonetten-Wohnung keinen Balkon. Da sollte man sich nicht von den Bildern irritieren lassen.

I really enjoyed my stay here, would love to come back the next time. Property is well maintained with all the facilities as requested. I would highly recommend it.

It would be great if the property has a telecom facility instead of chatting over booking.com or writing an email for queries.

Top Zustand
Pros:

Das Maisonetten Appartement ist perfekt für 4 Personen, wir waren mit Kinder und die waren begeistert von der Unterkunft.
Lage ist super weil man gleich in der Altstadt ist wo es alles gibt.
Das Zimmer ist im Dachgeschoss und somit hört man fast keinen Lärm.
Fußbodenheizung ist schön warm.
Küche mit allem was man braucht zum kochen.
Zwei TV

Cons:

Kein Parkplatz beim Haus, man muss in die Tiefgarage fahren und die ist ca 150 Meter entfernt und kostet natürlich auch was.
Halten zum aus oder einladen geht natürlich schon.

Fantastic apartment in great location
Pros:

This is a fantastic apartment, really spacious for a 1 bedroom with a balcony area and very clean. It's in a brilliant location, so close to everything! Would definitely recommend.
