Perfect stopover, highly recommended!
Pros:

We stayed one night at Sebastian Transit Katunayake before an early flight, and we were genuinely pleasantly surprised. The free airport pickup is a real game-changer — no stress, no taxi haggling, you're picked up right at the terminal. The welcome at reception was warm and attentive, which sets a great tone straight away. The hotel sits in a lively commercial area with plenty of shops all around, and just 900 metres away there's a train station with direct connections to Colombo and Ramana — from where you can reach virtually anywhere in Sri Lanka. Ideal if you're continuing your journey by rail. All in all, exactly what a transit hotel should be: friendly, well-located, and hassle-free. Perfect for a one-night stopover. We'd stay again without hesitation.

Cons:

On the downside, the room window faces an interior corridor rather than the outside, so don't expect natural light or a view. The kitchen also came without any utensils for cooking — though in fairness, we never asked the staff, and we suspect they would have sorted something out had we done so

Pros:

Sie waren super herzlich und haben mir bei allen Fragen und Wünschen sehr geholfen. Das Bett war super bequem und nach der Reise hat es einfach nur sehr gut getan dort eine Nacht zu verbringen:)
Ich würde es jedem Weiterempfehlen.

Goede prijs kwaliteit verhouding en dicht bij het vliegveld
Pros:

Hele mooie, grote kamer vlak bij het vliegveld. Ook heel dicht bij Tuktukrental.com dus perfect als je nog even een nachtje ervoor wilt slapen.

Ook werden we heel lief ontvangen en keurig opgehaald vanaf het vliegveld. Echt perfect voor je eerste nacht in Sri Lanka.

Als Zwischenübernachtung bei An-oder Abreise empfehlenswert.
Pros:

Ein ganzes Appartement für uns mit Küche/Kühlschrank und Bad.
Der Shuttleservice zum Flughafen und überhaupt waren alle sehr nett.

Cons:

Die Beschilderung war unauffällig, die enge Gasse leicht übersehbar.

Sie waren sehr hilfreich. Der Fahrer war sehr pünktlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Für den Transfer zum Flughafen sehr geeignet. Ansonsten ist die Lage nicht so zentral. Ich hatte etwas Probleme mit der Spülung.
