For stays of 1 to 3 nights, bed linen and towels are included. The end-of-stay cleaning is included, with the exception of the kitchen and the dishes.
For stays of 4 nights or more, bed linen, towels and end-of-stay cleaning are not included but can be added optionally, after reservation, from the Vacanceole Customer Area.
Pets are allowed (1 max./ accommodation) with supplement (12 € / day and 65 € / week). The option can be added after booking from the Vacanceole Customer Area.
For group bookings (from 5 accommodations) specific group conditions apply: prepayment of the total amount at the time of booking and free cancellation possible until D-42. Thank you for contacting us.
A photo ID and a credit card will be required upon check-in.
A bank imprint of € 300 is requested on arrival as a security deposit, then lifted after the stay provided that the accommodation is returned in good condition (inventory of fixtures compliant).Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Très bonnes vacances aux Balcons d'Aix
Pros:

Logement assez spacieux pour une famille de 5. Il était en très bon état. L'emplacement à 10 min de marche du centre de la station. Personnel très sympathique et réactif qui a réglé rapidement un souci de lit. La piscine après les pistes est bien agréable.

Cons:

Il devrait y avoir des casiers de ski pour l'étage du haut.

Pros:

Une bonne situation, chambre simple mais fonctionnelle, piscine sauna hammam pour la soirée, bien accueillis et bien servis au petit déjeuner, les prestations sont bonnes et appréciées.

Bon choix pour un court séjour.
Pros:

Le studio était spacieux et correctement équipé.

Cons:

Il faisait un peu chaud pour dormir avec la couette. Le grille-pain n'était pas très commode à utiliser. Un local à ski serait aussi le bienvenu!
