For stays of 1 to 3 nights, bed linen and towels are included. The end-of-stay cleaning is included, with the exception of the kitchen and the dishes.
For stays of 4 nights or more, bed linen, towels and end-of-stay cleaning are not included but can be added optionally, after reservation, from the Vacanceole Customer Area.
Pets are allowed (1 max./ accommodation) with supplement (12 € / day and 65 € / week). The option can be added after booking from the Vacanceole Customer Area.
For group bookings (from 5 accommodations) specific group conditions apply: prepayment of the total amount at the time of booking and free cancellation possible until D-42. Thank you for contacting us.
A photo ID and a credit card will be required upon check-in.
A bank imprint of € 300 is requested on arrival as a security deposit, then lifted after the stay provided that the accommodation is returned in good condition (inventory of fixtures compliant).Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Bon établissement et bien placé
Pros:

Résidence hôtelière ne vous attendez pas a être reçu comme dans un hôtel. Parfait pour passer un moment loin de la ville et proche de la station de ski avec des activités estivale également.

Cons:

Chambre spartiate sans trop de équipement ou l'on doit faire son lit en arrivant ( ce n'est pas un hôtel mais une résidence hôtelière donc certain service vous devez les faire vous même

Pros:

chambre correcte
accueil sympathique et bon petit déjeuner

Cons:

Piscine trop petite et pas assez de relax
dans le studio juste un velux manque de lumière pour moi (prévenez à la réservation SVP )

Prostorné ubytování kousek od centra.

Cons:

Ubytovaní by si zasloužilo generálním úklid. Nebylo to špinavé, spíš takové ta místa která se běžně neuklízí (pavučiny na lustrech ap.)

Originaire de la région , j’ai un projet d’achat, des appartements sont à vendre dans cette résidence , je ne suis pas sûre d’avoir envie de contacter le service concerné compte tenu de la vétusté.
Manque d’informations à l’accueil , PDJ seulement dispo à partir de 8h, trop tard pour moi , je l’ai lu trop tard sur le document d’accueil impossible d’annuler , l’accueil était fermé…
Erreur de facturation : Suite réservation de 2 appartements , on a fait régler les taxes de séjour à ma fille alors que je les avais déjà payées….
