I will be staying w/this host again upon return visits!
Pros:

The location was perfect; 1/2 block from the bus station & 15 min walk to the beach. The host provided a beach chair + umbrella. The room also had a kitchen + dishes/cookware & there was an outdoor grill, but I dined out every meal bc the restaurants were great.

Todo me pareció espectacular. La habitación es preciosa y muy completa, tiene todo para disfrutar unas vacaciones.
Estaba todo impecable.
Las personas que están a cargo son muy amables, nos sentimos muy cómodos durante toda la estancia.
La playa queda a unas cuadras caminando.

Der Empfang war freundlich und die Anlage wirkt auf den ersten Blick ansprechend. Die Lage ist ruhig, und die Umgebung ist grundsätzlich schön.

Cons:

Der Zustand der Unterkunft entsprach leider nicht den Erwartungen. Die Eingangstür ließ sich nicht richtig schließen bzw. abschließen. Die Klimaanlage ist direkt über dem Bett angebracht, nicht verstellbar und daher nachts sehr unangenehm. Die Sauberkeit war insgesamt nur mittelmäßig, die Dusche hatte kaum Wasserdruck und warmes Wasser war nur wenige Minuten verfügbar.
Die Außenpools, die auf den Fotos sehr gepflegt aussehen, waren in der Realität trüb, stark verschmutzt und nicht nutzbar. Insgesamt ist das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis nicht gerechtfertigt.
