Maspalomas stay
Pros:

Good communication from the host in terms of access, etc. Easy access to Maspalomas bus routes.

Cons:

Lower price advertised, & if one missed the 'taxes not included' notice (as I did), the final price was more than I would have liked to pay.

La ubicación, el trato de Marcelo y piry por las circunstancias del temporal tuve que cambiar la noche y fueron muy resolutivos y empáticos no me cobraron nada, sin embargo a diferencia de otros apartamentos ... Marcelo y piri han tenido más empatía y me la han cambiado sin problema eso dice mucho de ellos! La limpieza una maravilla el baño me encanta la luz del espejo, es una luz bastante buena para maquillar, es muy tranquilo apenas se escucha nada por la noche no se escuchan ningún ruido ya que el edificio tiene muchas normas.. y es súper acogedor , es bastante amplio más de lo que yo pensaba, el edificio es bastante seguro y pueden estar tranquilos.. sin duda siempre que esté disponible vendré a este apartamento ya que se adaptó a mis expectativas sobre todo que no hay que subir escaleras es un primer piso , la cama es muy grande me gusta! Ya me dolía la espalda de la cama de mi habitación donde vivo 😂

Arrivederci al Residence Los Molinos e all'appartamento 131
Pros:

Appartamento 131 completamente rinnovato, bellissimo il bagno e la camera, Wifi perfetta comodo il letto e completa la cucina. Bella e tranquilla anche la piscina molto ben tenuta soggiorno breve ma piacevole. Posizione dell'appartamento strategico 5 minuti dal Yumbo Centrum 10 dal mare con bellissima passeggiata tutta a piedi lungo la spiaggia da Playa del Ingles alla spiaggia di Maspolomas arrivando fino al belvedere attraversando le spettacolari dune di sabbia . Arrivederci al Residence Los Molinos e all'appartamento 131 Tornerò con tutta la famiglia per un periodo più lungo !

Sopra le aspettative in riferimento alle recensioni.
Pros:

L’appartamento era pulito e dotato di ogni cosa utile per passare alcuni giorni di vacanza. Buon wifi, aria condizionata, pentolame completo.

Cons:

Migliorerei la qualità dei materassi, più asciugamani a disposizione del cliente ( ne abbiamo avuto 1 a testa per 5 giorni!).

The apartment is a basic old person's apartment. Air con dont work

Cons:

Location not correct. The pin location on the booking.com map is misleading; it is not in this area, but rather approximately 3 blocks away. I ONLY stayed here because of the pinpoint location on Booking.com's map. So this is misleading, trying to tell you it's right next to Yumbo when it's not. The place didn't feel that safe, vending machines were smashed up for just under £100 a night, you wouldn't expect to feel unsafe. I arranged a late check-out online and was told OK by who I believe to be the owner. On the day, a different woman who met me to give me the key said NO check out at 12 only ... so again I was misled. Asking for a full refund. booking.com is not helpful.

Ho avuto una bellissima sorpresa . Non avevo grosse aspettative ed invece ho trovato un appartamento completamente rinnovato da poco tutti o confort di cui avevo bisogno Wi-Fi parcheggio accoglienza locali puliti con bella biancheria e per di più vicinissimo al Yumbo dove dovevo andare. Credo che tornerò di nuovo.
