Del posto non mi è piaciuto nulla. Il condominio dove si trova l'immobile è decadente, con un terribile odore di muffa alla reception. La "piscina" è una vasca da bagno in un buio cortile interno, anche questa mal tenuta; il centro benessere non c'è, ma vi è un piccolo negozio per rifarsi le unghie, che loro chiamano "SPA".
Sulla descrizione dell'immobile, che ho prenotato, c'è scritto "appartamento" con tanto di "angolo cottura" ed utensili da cucina. In realtà è una camera angusta, con un piano snack, ed un microonde; dell'angolo cottura neanche traccia; ho chiesto un rimborso al proprietario, poiché sono a dieta per motivi di salute, ed avevo necessità di cucinare, ma si sono categoricamente rifiutati di restituirmi i soldi, nonostante fossero in torto, ed io avessi prenotato la sera prima, senza quindi arrecare nessun danno all'attività. Anche booking non ha provveduto a rimborsare la mia quota, legittimando di fatto una pubblicità ingannevole, e non tutelando appieno i miei diritti. L'arredamento è obsoleto, gli spazi sono minuscoli, il wc molto vecchio, insomma, un posto da dimenticare. Noi siamo scappati a Palm Beach Shores, in una struttura stupenda, che aveva un ampio giardino ed un barbecue ! Da non prenotare assolutamente !

Our suite was beautiful clean with everything we needed. Th host of this suite is very nice and understanding and we look forward to coming back soon
Condo was beautiful & very comfortable. Clean and pleasant. Valet service was prompt. Good wifi.
Fitness Room was under construction and not available. TV did not have many cable channels and we were not successful in reaching them from the TV internet connection, but that was fine as we kept busy with many activities.
The location was near all one needs when on vacation: stores, restaurants, beaches and excursions. Got to stay where Fords and Toyotas are BMW and Mercedes.

We booked this room specifically because we need to use the gym and it was closed without any warning before we booked. There were also a bunch of mosquitoes in the room. I got bit a couple times. Also, there was a lot of construction going on and we also weren’t warned about that before we booked. Overall, I would not have booked this hotel if they gave us the warning they should have about these things.
Great location, lovely apartment, very comfortable bed. Beach nearby and great swimming and walking. Pool is good size and warm. Kitchen well equipment but missing a hob or oven
When we arrived there was building work going on, the outside was scaffolded and the swimming pool was a bit of a building site. We should have been made aware of this before booking or been advised after with option to cancel. Shame there was no hob to boil water for tea or to cook
The room was exactly as pictured and described. Great location with lots of great restaurants close by - PB Catch, Henry's and Main Street (for much needed coffee). The pool was inviting but it rained while we were there, but the covered patio next to the pool provided for a nice afternoon break.
There is a musty smell to the building but the room itself was refreshing. The carpet in the hallways to the room was dated and worn.
I loved the location, and the trees outside the window. The place gave me rainforest vibes, but then stepping out to beautiful beach summer vibes.
I would've loved a TV in the room as well.
Love the location (walking distance to several great dining options), the woman who works in the Cafe next door (Cilian, may be misspelled), the locals are accommodating, I would stay here again for sure!
Small kitchen but didn't bother us since it was only a couple days. Stairs required to get to our room which was unexpected and troublesome with large bags. Fortunately we're young a spry and didn't have trouble. Older guests would be disappointed that the elevator doesn't reach this floor.

Couldn’t get WiFi or key code to work after multiple attempts. Staff finally got key code to work after multiple attempts.
The host was wonderful! The place was very clean and comfortable. Location was close to everything. Very safe area.
Parking was a bit of a pain. Not much of a view.
