Aspettando l'anno nuovo.

My stay here was a perfect storm of failures, starting before we even arrived.

1. Catastrophic Location Error: The booking link sent us to a location 50 km away from the actual property. This resulted in a massive, unexpected detour on New Year's Day, forcing us to scramble for petrol while everything was closed. The stress and added travel time were completely unacceptable.

2. Cold and Reluctant Arrival: We finally arrived in the pouring rain to a half-hearted "welcome." A staff member reluctantly opened a window to check us in, an interaction that was unpleasant and unwelcoming. He only warmed up slightly later, but the first impression was deeply off-putting.

3. Neglected and Uncomfortable Accommodation: The interior is very basic, which could be forgiven if it were cared for. However, it is not.

· Living Area: Cold, harsh lighting and uncomfortable seating.
· Kitchen: Lacked several key cooking utensils, making basic meal preparation frustrating.
· Bathroom: Uninviting and poorly maintained.
· Bedroom: The bed was uncomfortable, made worse by scratchy, poor-quality bedding. The curtain rack came off the wall when I tried to draw the curtains—my partner had to fix it.
· Exterior: While the views might be nice, they are marred by detritus and litter scattered around.

4. Overall Feeling: This is a property desperately needing investment, maintenance, and staff training. It feels neglected. The combination of the location error (which shows a lack of attention to detail) and the lack of respect for guests who have travelled far is staggering.

We paid for a relaxing getaway and received a stressful, inconvenient, and uncomfortable experience instead. I cannot recommend this property to anyone.

Bel posto
Pros:

Bel posto e accoglienza ottima.
Purtroppo però il nostro bagno era tutto sporco.
Era proprio pieno di capelli e peli per terra e wc. Anche la doccia purtroppo non è stata pulita dall’ultimo ospite.
Ce ne siamo accorti solo quando siamo arrivati per dormire ed era già tardi così non ho voluto disturbare facendo un reclamo visto che tanto andavamo via subito al mattino presto.

Bellissima posizione..fuori dal centro con una visita mozzafiato sulla vallata, appartamento pulito, bello e comodo... Staff gentilissimo e di compagnia...letto e divano letto comodissimi, colazione offerta molto varia e con orari ampi per chi vuole riposare un po' di più...ci siamo trovati benissimo e abbiamo già prenotato per il prossimo anno...

Cons:

La scala esterna per accedere all'appartamento è davvero ripida e pericolosa, scalini di misure strane e si rischia di scivolare scendendo, mentre per salire ti devi aiutare con le braccia per non cadere...
