Le charme et le calme en plein cœur de ville
Pros:

Un accueil très prévenant, un établissement charmant. Des chambres simples mais confortables, très propre. Une restauration de haut vol, je conseille la Pavlova au Kiwi et la Syrah de chez François Villard. Tous deux exceptionnels

Der Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm und entschleunigend, die Region ist interessant.
Pros:

Das historische Haus ist sehr schön, sanft renoviert. Der Stil ist sehr schlicht, aber stilvoll gehalten. Die Betten sind bequem. Die Lage ist ruhig und trotzdem zentral! Das Frühstück ist sehr reichhaltig, das Abendessen excellent! Das Personal ist sehr aufmerksam und freundlich.

Cons:

Im Zimmer oder Badezimmer wäre etwas mehr Ablagefläche wünschenswert.

Je n'y retournerai plus dans cet établissement
Pros:

Le petit déjeuner était très sympa

Cons:

Pas de télévision dans la chambre. Je voulais réserver une table au restaurant, et la réponse était désolé il n'y a pas de place. Je trouve que pour les personne qui loue une chambre il devrait garder de la place au restaurant ou au moins informer qu'il est recommander de réserver une table avant d'arriver à l'hôtel.

Petit hôtel rénové avec une bonne cuisine de marché, top!
Pros:

Auberge dans la vieille ville. Chambre avec literie confortable. Tout est sobre que ce soit au restaurant ou dans la chambre.
Personnel bienveillant. Ambiance familiale, pas de buffet petit déjeuner mais plusieurs propositions pour convenir à tous les goûts : fromage, œufs, granola... croissants délicieux.

Cons:

Rien. Juste le parking qu'il faut trouver dans la rue

Bon séjour global, un peu déçus de la chambre
Pros:

Le repas et petit-déjeuner à l’Auberge étaient très bien. Belle qualité de produits, cuisine inventive et bon service. Petit-déjeuner simple mais très bon.
Jolie salle de restaurant également.

Cons:

Nous avons séjourné dans l’annexe de la Tourelle.
La chambre était spacieuse, simple et propre. Bouilloire bienvenue.
Les deux gros bémol: l’insonorisation et le manque de vrais rideaux occultants.
Alors oui, c’est un hôtel historique certes. Mais entendre toutes les conversations (chambre du dessous et du dessus), donc pas du tout d’intimité, est vraiment limite au vu du prix de la chambre. Il serait honnête de le mentionner clairement dans le descriptif de la chambre.
Une amélioration au niveau de l’assombrissement de la chambre serait vraiment nécessaire. Les rideaux actuels ne suffisent pas. La fenêtre placée au-dessus du lit renvoie la lumière en plein visage au lever du jour.

Wir kommen gerne wieder.
Pros:

Nachtessen war ausgezeichnet. Wir haben es auch sehr geschätzt, dass es kein Frühstücksbuffet gab. Es gab frisches Brot und ein Gipfel, Eier, Käse, Butter so viel man wollte sowie natürlich warme und kalte Getränke. Alles super.
