Avoid at all cost and find a better apartment
Pros:

The location is ok and there is a good beach club next to the complex. The onsite restaurant is also good for money.

Cons:

Several issues with the apartment. Broken toilet, shower, sink and tv. We lost water two nights in a row as they switched it off. Woke up one morning to a flooded room because of the AC. Unable to use ensuite the whole duration as toilet was leaking and broken and shower not draining. They charged an extortionate amount for the electricity - $350 dollars! The apartment was falling apart and not very clean. Needs a refurbishment.

I didn't like it at all, the property is not registered to be rented as a short rental. Damaged drawers, no soap, main door that doesn't work, insecurity.
