Cons:

Our confirmed room was given away without any prior notice, which is completely unacceptable. Because of this, we were forced to go from hotel to hotel with our luggage, wasting valuable time and energy just to find a decent place to stay. Their only explanation was that we 'didn’t read the email.' If a 30% advance payment was mandatory, then Booking.com should not have confirmed the booking without it. This experience was highly unprofessional and caused us significant inconvenience.

Average rooms and not same as shown in pictures
Pros:

Staff behavior was very good, check in and checkout was hassle free.

Cons:

The room and the facilities were not exactly same as shown in the images, experience was not as good as I was expecting at the price point. The behavior of the staff was very good though.

Good place to stay for a couple of nights in Tapovan
Pros:

The place was cleaner than most of the hostels around here. There was a beautiful view at the balcony, and there were toiletries and towels in the room. Also had AC and fan.

Cons:

The bed had a very weird smell and the bedsheets weren’t very clean. We never got hot water in the shower.
