Pros:

It was in a good location. Underground parking was safe and around the corner. The unit was clean and beds comfortable.

Cons:

Communication was a little difficult with regard to paying for parking. I wasn’t sure where to leave the money as there was no one at the reception desk until we were going out the door to leave.

Sehr sauberes und großes Apartment. Extrem ruhig, gute Ausstattung, sehr bequeme Betten.
Parkplätze in der Tiefgarage, gegen Gebühr, ausreichend vorhanden. Bäcker und einige Restaurants sind fussläufig erreichbar.

Cons:

In der Küche fehlte der Toaster, gehört wohl nicht zur Ausstattung. Auch wurden keine Gewürze sowie Essig und Öl zur Verfügung gestellt. Hätten wir uns für diesen Preis aber schon gewünscht.

Die geschmackvolle Einrichtung, die großzügige Raumaufteilung und die ruhige Lage, war es im Haus sehr angenehm ruhig!
Die Nähe zum Stadtzentrum fanden wir auch sehr positiv!

Uns hat vorallem die Whirlpool Badewanne gefallen. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet was man sich wünscht. Wolldecken wären noch gut...Ansonsten ein absoluter Traum...

Tolles grosses Apartment. Gerne wieder
Pros:

Schönes grosses Apartment mit zwei Schlafzimmer und grosser Küche. Wir hatten ein Apartment mit Sauna. Sehr nett. Die Ausstattung ist hochwertig, die Gegend ist ruhig, direkt an der Donau. Mitarbeiter waren sehr nett.

Absolutely wonderful stay!

Everything about this apartment was truly perfect. The furniture is beautiful and of very high quality, and the beds were extremely comfortable – we slept amazingly well every night. The space was spotless, cozy, and very thoughtfully designed, making us feel at home from the very first moment.

You can really feel the care and attention to detail in every corner. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and would happily return anytime. Highly recommended!

The apartment was tidy, beautifully furnished, and everything was absolutely spotless. Every detail was perfect, and the cleanliness was outstanding. This is definitely one of the best accommodations we have ever stayed in.

It truly deserves nothing less than a score of 10. We would absolutely come back again and highly recommend it!

Die gute Lage. Moderne Wohnung.

Cons:

Keine Kaffeemaschine, nur Pet, was sehr umständlich für 4 Personen ist. Auch ein Toaster wäre schön gewesen. Balkon Tür verzogen, ließ sich nicht öffnen. 2 Tiefgaragenstellplätze mussten extra bezahlt werden weil wir über Booking gebucht haben. Normalerweise ist ein Platz im Preis enthalten. Leider war Fernsehempfang gestört. Dadurch war Silvester etwas trostlos.

Größe und Ausstattung des Appartements. Ruhige Lage. Balkon.

Cons:

Das Appartement war weder gesaugt noch gewischt worden. Am Boden fanden sich auf der gesamten Fläche Haare, Staub und Flusen. Auf meine Nachricht an den Vermieter wurde erst mehrere Tage nach meiner Abreise reagiert: Man wolle den Hinweis an den Reinigungsdienst weitergeben. Außerdem ließ sich die Duschtür nicht richtig schließen und war dementsprechend undicht. Dieser Mangel ist deutlich erkennbar. Die Tür steht immer leicht auf und lässt sich nicht ganz schließen. Leider fühlt sich auch hierfür offenbar niemand verantwortlich. Ich war drei Nächte dort.

Good location, dishwasher.

Cons:

Very dirty bathrooms, fingerprints everywhere. It’s better not to touch the windows at all as it is also covered in fingerprints everywhere. The apartment had no sponge/dish soap, all of these during the Christmas holidays, so it was complicated to obtain them in a shop. Very wore kitchen furniture, very wore pan/pots/lids
