Cons:

I never received any emails about checking in. When I landed, my local sim didn't work and I had to walk to another hotel to make a phone call. I was not well received when I made the call. It's not my fault I didn't get the correct correspondence.

Nice apartment in Queenstown close to the lake and everything in the city
Pros:

Nice room with a view, spacious, nice walk to the gardens and city (walking from the city to the room is uphill so be aware if hills aren't your thing)

Cons:

Sometimes got a little too warm.

Very basic accom close to town
Pros:

Great location only 10 min walk to centre of town.

Cons:

VERY slow internet - between 4 & 6Mbps and good 5G connection is 100Mbps and beyond. It was painfully slow. Car parks on site were dangerously small.

Great, suited our needs perfectly.
Pros:

Very quiet and close to the town centre, only a 5 minute walk away. Great heating and comfortable beds with good linen. Everything you need for an apartment stay with parking on site which is a real bonus in Queenstown.

Cons:

Nothing, it suited our needs.

Comfortable bed with extra blankets.

Cons:

Instructions on how to get into the unit could have been sent earlier as I had left home the day before I was due and had not received the email at that time.
Once I did retrieve the email details were pretty good.
TV kept going off on occasions and netflix changed to another language without me doing anything
Perhaps I could have received some sort of discount for the large hole in bathroom ceiling (which I was informed of on arrival)

Great location and good value for money in Queenstown
Pros:

Good location, easy to walk to the town centre. Spacious room size. Clean room.

Cons:

There was a note saying that a trade person will come to fix the leak in the bathroom ceiling. There was a big hole in the ceiling in the bathroom. Not sure if none walked into the room while we were out, but the hole remained open. Small parking space. Not big enough for any car bigger than a small sedan.

Pros:

appartement très bien situé, pour le stationnement c'était un peu serré

Cons:

Appartement pour 4 adultes alors que nous avions seulement 3 chaises avec la table...nous sommes restées 3 nuits et nous avons eu notre 4e chaise seulement le dernier jour...un adulte a dû manger assise sur le lit.

Pros:

The apartment was clean and very comfortable. The bed exceptionally comfortable 😌 . Loved the washing machine, quite unexpected.

Cons:

The bathroom is very modern and beautifully clean, but the toilet roll holder needs repairing/ replacing - the toilet roll keeps falling off and running away.

Close to the city center.

Cons:

We booked this place since we needed a place with parkibg facilities but her the parking space was extremely narrow and we barely could fit our smal SUV. Some of the units have a nice view but we were un the bak corner, ground floor and saw only the parking lot. The facilities are rather old and shabby.
