It was very disappointing and is not value for money
Pros:

Bathroom was very good with lots of towels.
Balcony was nice

Cons:

It is NOT a hotel. Beds are uncomfortable. Toilet is ridiculously small. Lighting is poor. Furniture is drab. It is located beside a nice marina on one side and an ugly noisy industrial complex on the other side. Overpriced

Cons:

Wir waren über den Jahreswechsel im Hotel Stellendam in den Niederlanden zu Gast. Leider wurde der ansonsten schöne Aufenthalt durch ein sehr unangenehmes Erlebnis in der Silvesternacht getrübt. Punkt Mitternacht wurden wir beim Feuerwerk zünden sehr rüde und unhöflich darauf hingewiesen, dass es sich um Privatgelände handelt.

Uns wurde mehr oder weniger aufgefordert, etwa 500 Meter vom Parkplatz wegzugehen, um dort Feuerwerk zu zünden – obwohl unsere Autos auf genau diesem Parkplatz standen. Der Tonfall und die Art der Ansprache waren dabei leider alles andere als gastfreundlich.

Wir haben vollstes Verständnis dafür, dass es Menschen und auch Haustiere gibt, die Angst vor der Knallerei haben. Dennoch hätten wir uns eine freundlichere und respektvollere Kommunikation gewünscht. Ein „Frohes neues Jahr“ gab es leider ebenfalls nicht.

Schade, denn gerade zu einem besonderen Anlass wie Silvester hätten wir uns einen anderen Umgang mit Gästen erhofft.

Pros:

Wenn man mobil ist, erreicht man die Küstenorte schnell

Cons:

Das Apartment ist grundsätzlich ok. Nach unserem Geschmack waren die Matratzen sehr weich. Das Bett hat 2 einzelne Matratzen, die leicht verrutschen. Die Laken sind nur umgeschlagen und verrutschen ebenfalls.
Besonders störend war der Geruch des Badezimmers, offensichtlich aus dem Abfluss stammend. Da half weder die Lüftung noch wurde es nach Gebrauch besser. Türe aufstehen lassen ging gar nicht, dann stank die ganze Wohnung. Da es an den Fenstern nur Lüftungsklappen gibt, verzog sich der Geruch auch nicht. Wir haben uns daher nur so lange wie nötig in der Wohnung aufgehalten.
Aus dem Fenster fiel der Blick direkt auf das benachbarte Betonwerk, einschließlich der damit verbundenen Betriebsgeräusche.

Fijne, ruime locatie die nu helaas extreem veel te duur wordt.
Pros:

De ruimte, goede bedden, compleetheid.

Cons:

Er is maar één sleutel voor de accommodatie beschikbaar. Dat is lastig met een grote groep, die niet gelijkertijd thuiskomt.
De toegangsdeur bij de ingang moet opengelaten worden, anders kan niet iedereen binnen.

De nieuwe eigenaar is minder persoonlijk dan voorheen en heeft de prijzen naar volgend jaar meer dan verdubbeld. Wordt nu onbetaalbaar voor een groep vrienden.

It was a great stay!!
Pros:

It was a friendly, bright and clean apartment! It had a big table, where we had enough space for such an amount of people :-) it had lots of bathrooms and toilet, so it was well equipped for such a big group.
We will come again!!

Cons:

It says in the description that there is a barbecue gril included, but it was very dirty, so we didn’t use it.
