Pros:

Good, central location. Staff is very friendly.

Room wasn't clean, the bed had noticeable hair on it and the floors seemed like they weren't even swept.

It’s not as good as I expected..
Pros:

The location is great, only 15 mins walk through the center of the town and to Cong Troi to watch the beautiful sunset. The pool is clean, a bit cold to swim but still nice to chill around.

Cons:

There is one of the staffs was actually a bit rude and has a way of talking like a landlord. I hope it wasn’t because of him looking down on me and my friend because we come from the countryside part of Vietnam, but like a part of his personality.
The blanket is very itchy even it looks somewhat clean. I kept scratching all night until 3.
