The room wasn't ready when we arrived.

Very fine location. Just five minutes to downtown by car. Really nice accommodation.
The yard was nice, with a large parking lot. The building was beautiful. The location of the building is good, near the aqua park. The staff was, for the most part, friendly.
There was no promised kettle. It was cold in the room. No hair dryer. There was not a single water glass in the room.
Everything was great, the room was clean. At first, it took a bit longer to get hot water in the bathroom, but after that, everything was fine. It's quiet and nice for sleeping, it takes about 6-7 minutes to get to the center. All the best to the staff!

The hot water was taking a long time to reach my shower and there were no coffee facilities in the room-these may have been available downstairs instead. Also the neighbours dog was annoying
