A daily maid service is available upon request and against a surcharge.

Please note that half board options (breakfast and dinner) are available all year round in a neighboring partner hotel.

During the summer season, we provide the tickets for the regional cable cars free of charge for guests who are staying 2 nights or more at our place.

Pros:

Charme des kleinen Studios, Preis-Leistung, die Küche ist gut bestückt. Das Bad ist sauber.

Cons:

Wenn ich hier etwas schreiben soll : ein bis zwei Tabs für die Abwaschmaschine wären hilfreich. Eine Abwaschbürste war aber vorhanden, so dass ich gut abwaschen konnte.

A joy to stay at such a wonderful place in St. Moritz
Pros:

David is so well organized it is refreshening in our world of mediocrity. He is an impressive guy. He thrives on accommodating his guests. The entire logistics of the apartment building makes sense.

Will definitely remember to rebook
Pros:

Size an accommodation of the room were super. Easy transportation, parking, the vie was fantastic. Definitely a place to remember and rebook. Very friendly welcome, trying hard to give us what we needed.

Cons:

Unprepared for the electrical outlets but that is not the owner's fault.

Unterkunft mit gutem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Gerade für Autofahrende ideal.
Pros:

Gut ausgestattetes Appartement mit komfortabler Einrichtung. Alles neuwertig, es fehlte an nichts. Sehr schön war die Parkmöglichkeit mit Garage und direkten Zugang zum Treppenhaus.

Cons:

Es war zwar ein tolles Bergpanorama zu sehen, aber etwas eingetrübt durch den nahe gelegenen Bauhof.

Hostile reception by staff member.
Aggressive and argumentative although their fault due to their contradicting instructions.
Instructions say check in between 3 pm and 8 pm. However the personalised message says check in any time, exact words:
“So that your check-in runs smoothly and you are independent of time, we will leave the key for your room in an envelope”
However this does not apply if you arrive by car because they have to open a barrier to which they charge an extortionate Chf 18 considering there’s many open car spaces and it’s on the very edge of Saint Moritz (not in town centre).
Staff member was extremely argumentative and illogical, unwilling to improve their contradicting check-in instructions. Clearly says I can check in independently it doesn’t say there’s an exception if you arrive by car. Best avoided.

lo consiglierei ad amici e parenti, sicuramente se tornerò a S. Moritz allogerò ancora li.
Pros:

Ottima la posizione, alle porte di S. Moritz, zona tranquilla in mezzo alla natura, possibilità di arrivarci con bus, appartamenti nuovi, molto puliti ed arredati con gusto, il proprietario ti accoglie di persona e cerca di soddisfare tutte le richieste, molto gentile, parla bene italiano. Molto accogliente anche per gli amici animali. Cucina ben attrezzata. Bagno comodo, letti molto comodi (non facile da trovare).
