Locatie superba ,cu marea la fereastra si la câțiva pasi de valuri.
Apartament cu aer burghez ,de calitate toate (mobila de lemn masiv ,marmura ),saltele confortabile.
Raport pret /calitate excelent.

Cons:

Pacat că administrarea este defectoasa si superficiala.
Se cunoaște lipsa de interesare prin multe aspecte ce țin de curatenie ,reparatii si intreținere.Atatea lucruri de calitate care se perimeaza
