Love the area and had good weather
Pros:

Situated in the middle of Woolacombe, couldn’t be better

Looked like some maintenance work may have been undertaken and not repainted

We enjoyed the home from home experience. The accommodations was clean, well equipped and comfortable.

I wish there had been a grab handle to help get out the shower.

Beautiful
Pros:

Apartment is immaculate lovely touch bottle of prosecco and milk in the fridge. It's close to everything you need ,beach ,bars ,restaurants and shops . Great communication from the hosts will definitely book again .

Nice modern apartment in a great location.
Pros:

Great location and secure parking

Cons:

The bed is right up to the wall so difficult if you need to get out in the night. Also no bedside tables to put phone etc on and lamp is at the bottom of the bed so if you want to read in bed you have to get out to turn it off.
The courtyard outside isn’t private and we had the people next door walking past the patio door so had to keep the blinds closed all the time we were in.
Also there is only one sofa in the lounge so if there are more than two staying there is no where comfortable to sit.

Pros:

Beautiful, well equipped apartment. Clean throughout as is the entire establishment. Great games room, lovely pool and clean changing rooms. Couldn't have asked for better. Owner was attentive too. Thank you.

A great stay in a lovely apartment right in the middle of Woolacombe.
Pros:

Very well situated and spotlessly clean. Checking in and car parking all worked well.

Cons:

One minor thing maybe a bit more crockery and cutlery to save having to use the dishwasher as much.

Excellent location and facilities
Pros:

Excellent location and the parking was a bonus. The welcome tea/coffee and milk was a nice touch. The bed was very comfortable and we were prepared, from other reviews, for the lack of bedside lights or shelf by the bed. The kitchen is well equipped.

Cons:

There is a nice patio area outside the french windows. Unfortunately this is not very private and other guests tended to use it as a cut through, putting their luggage over the wall from the car park to save carrying it round. I think it would be an advantage if some method could be found to make it obvious that this is a private area.

Our holiday in Woolacombe
Pros:

We liked the central location in Woolacombe and having private parking was ideal.

Cons:

We didn’t realise that the patio area was actually a walk through for lots of other apartments. So didn’t feel comfortable using it. The patio furniture wasn’t suitable for older people. And felt there could have been hooks installed in bedroom and bathroom for dressing gowns. Especially in the bathroom as there was nowhere to put your clothes when showering. Also a grab rail to get in and out of the bath to use the shower.
Also a privacy film or something is needed in the bedroom as again it’s right on the patio where everyone walks. And really could have done with a brighter main light in the bedroom. Maybe another saucepan could be provided as there was only one.

Amazing apartment, amazing location, great pool and beach
Pros:

Amazing location, can leave the car and just walk to the shops, cafes and beach. Made it easy to nip back if needed

Clean apartment.
Pool and sauna were great, it was just me and 1 person using it. The advanced booking system is a bit annoying but I guess its needed in the summer months.

Cons:

The flat was really hot and there wasn't a fan provided, no instructions on how to use the heating system either as I would have liked to turn on the radiator in the bathroom to dry my wet beach stuff.
Bedroom defiantly needs black out curtains, a fan and maybe a shelf above the bed to put a drink or phone at night.

But to be clear, I had a great time despite this!
