Ótima localização e estadia excelente
Pros:

Ótimo atendimento, amigável e simpático. Apartamento aconchegante, equipado e super limpo. Área da piscina e sauna incrível, ótmo para relaxar. Localização excelente para usar como base para explorar as Dolomitas.

מסוג המקומות שהתמונות בבוקינק לא משקפות את העושר שיש בו.
דירות מושלמות מצויידות בהכל, כולל מדיח, אייר פרייר, פשוט הכל! הייתה לנו חצר קטנה.
הבריכה מושלמת, מקורה: בריכה רגילה עם מגלשה לילדים (ולמבוגרים) בנוסף בריכה מחוממת עם איזור לקטנטנים וג'קוזי מהמם!
גינה מושלמת לכולם, עם מלא מתקנים שווים לילדים וגם אומגה עם איזור ישיבה נפרד להורים שיכולים לשתות קפה או אפרול בשקט.
קבלנו יותר ממה שציפינו וזה היה מושלם.
ואיזה נוף!

Cons:

המזגן לא הכי מקרר אבל בחוץ היה קריר בתקופה ששהינו אז יש אפשרות לפתוח חלון. לא יודעת איך שם ביולי אוגוסט.

Pros:

Amazing room, so spacious and comfortable beds. Amazing facilities, pool was a highlight on rainy days with kids. Laundry on site was a bonus. Would love to stay again.

A beautiful apartment with all the amenities for doing your own cooking and and elevator and parking
Pros:

The facilities were wonderfull, eg pool and fitness. The room was spacious and well equipped for cooking your own meals which we did. The staff was helpful but english was a problem with some of them.

Cons:

The first nite the airconditioning was not turned on for the season and it was very warm in the room.

Overall a very good aparthotel in Kastelruth.
Pros:

Generally a lovely stay - quiet location with easy walk to town centre, comfortable beds, clean, adequately stocked kitchen. Facilities (pool, gym etc) very good. Helpful staff

Cons:

They have recently installed a new air conditioning system which is unreliable. The control unit in the apartment does not communicate with the wall unit, as such it is either off or on. If you open any window (even the bathroom window with the bathroom not receiving any cooling at all) then the whole thing stops working.
Europe had a heat wave last week so I suspect it was needed earlier than they expected and hopefully it can be sorted for the summer.

Lovely Aparthotel a short walk from the village
Pros:

Spacious apartment with balcony, small kitchen and living area. The hotel itself is spotless, and seems to have been renovated. There are lots of facilities and we were very impressed overall and delighted we chose to stay there for a couple of nights

Cons:

Parking is tight downstairs, which I don't mind but multiple people had parked over the lines meaning spaces were unusable. Also five euro to use the washing machine was a bit steep.
