Pros:

Location is perfect. Staff is friendly and accommodating. Restaurants, bars, night clubs and beaches are walking distance. Facility is serene and peaceful. Highly recommend.

Great place to stay close to pigeon point, restaurants, etc. beautiful grounds well maintained.

Cons:

Appliances dated, external noise, lack of swimming pool (but beautiful beach with crystal clear water only steps away), shower drained slow, AC freezes up if left on too long

AMAZING!
Pros:

Mr. Alex, the owner, was extremely hospitable and went out of his way to make us feel welcome. He even allowed us to follow him from the airport, which made our arrival seamless. The location is amazing—literally just a 5-minute walk to the best beach! The facilities were immaculate, and the grounds were quiet, lovely, and very well maintained. Everything was absolutely great!

L'appartement est très proche de la rue principale de Crown Point. On peut aller dîner pour prendre un verre à pied.
Le jardin est très agréable pour prendre un verre en fin de journée.
L'appartement est grand et confortable.

Cons:

L'éclairage de l'appartement n'est pas très agréable.
L'eau n'est pas très chaude dans la douche.

Comfortable apartment in a great location
Pros:

The apartment was well appointed with a good set of pans and utensils (not always the case in Tobago). Alex is very friendly and helpful and communication was excellent. The location is excellent for Crown Point and Pigeon Point. I particularly enjoyed sitting on the balcony eating breakfast and watching the hummingbirds darting around. Definitely recommended.

Cons:

Due to payment not being taken by booking.com there is an extra unexpected fee that has to be paid (if you do not have a local bank account).

Pros:

Great location very close to the beach. Wonderful, well kept gardens made the place feel tranquil. Apartment had almost everything we needed!

Cons:

A slight sadness is that the tree outside our window, home of the resident woodpecker, was cut down shortly prior to our leaving. She was a friend during our stay and it was sad to see the distress of her losing her home.
