Pros:

Great location very close to the beach. Wonderful, well kept gardens made the place feel tranquil. Apartment had almost everything we needed!

Cons:

A slight sadness is that the tree outside our window, home of the resident woodpecker, was cut down shortly prior to our leaving. She was a friend during our stay and it was sad to see the distress of her losing her home.

Flott resort i Crown point
Pros:

God seng. God wifi. Sentrumsnær resort, men stor tomt så føles ikke slik. God parkeringsmulighet. Enkel innsjekking - kode. All kommunikasjon med utleier skjer digitalt. Kort avstand til flott lokal strand. Flott hage.

Cons:

Kjøleskapet var ikke defrostet, og pga mye is i fryseboks-delen av kjøleskapet var det umulig å åpne/bruke denne fryseboks-delen. 50% av leien av leiligheten må betales inne 24t etter bestilling, og resten innen 14 dager før start leieperioden starter. Leien må betales ved bankoverføring (ikke mulig direkte fra kredittkort), og det er du som leietaker som selv må beregne hvor mye banken din tar i både veksling- og overføringsgebyr = unødvendig komplisert.

Great location shame about ill-tempered Canadian based reception

Cons:

Bad tempered response from someone in Canada when early check in requested. The room was ready for us but we were told we had to wait to check at the advertised time or pay a ridiculous surcharge. Finally this person agreed to change the tine on the coded door lock and let us in 45 minutes earlier. His manner was one of someone who didn't care about customer satisfaction, trying to impress how well travelled and "savvy" he was! I have never encountered an attitude such as his over the many visits I have made to Tobago. The room was not without its shortcomings such as broken blind mechanisms, no cooking dish for microwave oven, broken shelves in the very small fridge.

Location was excellent and in walking distance to eateries and Swallow Beach.
Staff was very personable and accommodating. The kitchen area was adequate...
Owner/manager Alex ensured that all our needs were met.

Best apartment in Crown Point area.
Pros:

Second time staying there, as with the first was a pleasure and I will come back again. Clean, beautiful surroundings and conveniently located. There was an issue with the air conditioner and it was fixed by a technician within a short few hours.

У меня был цель подобрать место, где я смогу расслаблено и неспешно провести три дня. Этот вариант мои ожидания полностью оправдал.
Здание окружено садом с большим разнообразием растений, выглядит уютно. Комнат немало, но соседи друг другу не мешают.
Внутри комфортно. Да, это не люкс вариант и не супер новая обстановка, но все чисто, аккуратно и не изношенно. Кондей есть, кровать комфортная для сна. Жаль, что не открываются окна, но хозяин объяснил, что это в целях безопасности.
Горячая вода, полотенца, в том числе пляжные, посуда - всё есть.
В 3-5 минутах ходьбы находится небольшой пляж, где можно арендовать лежак и зонт. Вода и песок так прекрасные, насчитал 4-5 вида рыб. В основном на этом пляже и купался. До Пиджен Поинт минут 20 ходьбы. Там тоже хорошо, есть сувенирные лавки, но в целом для купания и релакса и маленький пляж вполне подходит.
Рядом с отелем много кафе, фаст фуда, несколько супермаркетов. Прямо рядом с поворотом к отелю находится отличное кафе с английскими завтраками и хорошим меню для ужинов.
Хозяин общительный, помогал советами. И там живет добрый лабрадор, с которым хозяин позволяет поиграть.
В общем я остался очень доволен.

Рядом с отелем находится электростанция, но она не видна и не слышна с территории, поэтому никак не беспокоит.

Very nice and highly recommended. Clean and private, reasonably priced.
Cons:

The controls for the fans, lights is complicated. Too many remotes to use. The cable and television 📺 controls not very easy to use and internet sticking.

Super Lage, super Unterkunft
Pros:

Sehr schöne, saubere, sichere Anlage mit gut gepflegtem Grundstück in absolut perfekter Lage in Crown Point.
Unterkunft hat alles, was man braucht, die Hauptstraße mit allen Essensmöglichkeiten und Bars ist keine 5 Minuten weg, der Flughafen ist zu Fuß in ca. 10-15 Minuten erreichbar, zum Pigeon Point sind es ebenfalls ca. 15 Minuten Fußweg.
Der Strand ist direkt die Straße herunter.
Für Crown Point absolut empfehlenswert.

Cons:

24 Stunden laute Musik der Bago Limers Bar ist nachts teilweise hörbar, dafür kann die Unterkunft jedoch nichts.
