Pros:

Check-in and Check-out procedures are so simple where I got emails on how to get and return the key.

My parents could stay at the apartment with relaxing atmosphere with a simple kitchen, dining table, coffee machine, etc.

Cons:

nothing special.

Aufenthalt hätte ok sein können, war er aber nicht
Pros:

Sauberkeit war gut. Check-In unkompliziert, da Schlüssel in Safe abholbar. Für einen Kurzaufenthalt ist der "Komfort" gerade gut genug, wenn man nicht empfindlich auf ungemütliche Betten reagiert.

Cons:

Nach dem Check-In gab es eine Stromleitungsstörung (für die die Unterkunftsbetreiber nichts konnten). Deswegen hatten wir keinen Strom in der Unterkunft und das Wasser war eiskalt.
Die Betreiber boten uns lediglich an, wenige Stunden länger in der Unterkunft bleiben zu dürfen - unsere anschließende Anfrage, stattdessen einen Teil der Unterkunftskosten erstattet zu bekommen, wurde gar nicht erst beantwortet. D.h. wir haben den vollen Preis für eine Unterkunft ohne Licht, Elektrogeräte oder Warmwasser, dafür aber mit Fluglärm und harten Betten/Schlafcouch gezahlt. Somit war der Preis für uns in keinerlei Verhältnis zur erbrachten "Leistung", aber auch ohne dem Stromausfall war das Zimmer für das Gebotene zu teuer.
Noch als Abschlussinfo: Im Zimmer waren die Schlafgelegenheiten (Zwei Einzelbetten und Couch mit aufgelegter Matratze) nicht durch eine Tür getrennt.

Pros:

Never met host. The same time they were very helpfull and solved our inquiries.
Clean aparment.
If you need Düsseldorf airport - location is perfect!

Cons:

Beds are squeaking! :(

If somebody of your friends/colleagues are snorring, sleaping in different rooms will not help a lot - there is no door between rooms. :))))

If you don't need Düsseldorf airport - location is quite far from Central train station, airplanes in near airport are loud.

Simple apartment near ISD
Pros:

Location close to the tram station and ISD. One parking spot off the road. Nice mini kitchen. Nice small terrace out the back with sun/shade and a table and chairs.

Cons:

Overall good stay. Beds a little firm for our liking - but that's personal preference.
One thing to note, be careful with the slippery shower floor and the temperature changes quickly from cold to hot.

Comfortable, close to public transport and airport. Helpful and quick -to-answer online assistance.
Pros:

Nice, modern apartment, comfortable rooms.

Cons:

There was no door on the bedroom, thus it is not ideal for travelling with work colleagues, as you have to share one big room with them.
