They did not open the door for me at 22:00 & left me on the pavement to fend for myself!

the location is perfect for an Altstadt experience & 5min walk from Heinrich Heine Allee U station

Cons:

My access code for the front door was not sent to me. Regardless me asking for the code via the App a week prior to my stay. At 22:00 I arrived still no code. I phoned & messaged the provided nr several times with NO response! At 00:45 (3 hours later) I gave up, booked a new hotel at €200 + Taxi €35 = €235 I was safe. Meaning the pre-paid room of €97 was a no show from the owner. Next day excuse was they “also have to sleep” They left me on the pavement & did not blink an eye. They offered €100 compensation, not sure if they can be trusted, let’s see! Better stay away from this site!

Location centralissima, molto comoda a vari ristoranti e alla night life di Düsseldorf come birrerie e locali, camera discreta, bel letto grande e morbido, anche bagno, buona pulizia generale e si dorme bene

Cons:

Non esistono servizi, anche il check-in e completamente autonomo, tutto ben studiato ma ambiente molto freddo! Struttura abbastanza vecchia ma visto il prezzo non si puo pretendere molto

Die Unterkunft hatte einen seltsamen Geruch der durch mehrmaliges Lüften auch nicht verschwand. Ausserdem waren dort Käfer.

Geen receptie, niet prettig.
Pros:

Goede locatie in het oude centrum.

Cons:

Geen receptie. Toen we 's avonds terug kwamen bleek de kamer maar voor 1 persoon ingericht te zijn; 1 dekbed en 1 handdoeken set. Slechte late reactie op de whatapp vragen. Reactie waar we extra dekbed konden vinden kwam toen we al sliepen.
