Place needs a lot of TLC. ( Tender Loving Care )
Pros:

The location was good.

Cons:

The floors were sandy.The shower faucet needs replaced. The place needs a total renovation. Appliances needs instructions. The place looks old and run down.

It was clean , affordable and in a good location

Cons:

The sofa bed was way too thin to sleep on and very uncomfortable the baseboards were kind of dirty but overall it was clean

Great Vacation!! Stay at Bill's!!
Pros:

The location is very good - view is of the beach even though it is between buildings it is a beautiful view. The complex is quiet. The host checked in with us when we arrived and the next morning to make sure were comfortable. Very sweet people! We will come back again!!

Cons:

Nothing. The building is older but has been kept up and the condo is very comfortable. Easy access to the beach.

The level of cleanliness could have been better. The condo really needs a deep clean.

Great location, too small for 6 people.
Pros:

Owners were nice and quick to respond when asked questions. The condo itself is too small for 6 people, we were very cramped in there. Especially when the pull out couch is in use, it takes up the whole living room, can’t walk around it.

Will be calling to book again next year.
Pros:

Very much enjoyed our stay. We love the location and easy access to the beach. Beds were comfortable. Will definitely book here again. Could use a little maintenance around the place and better cleaning of the floors though. Our socks were ruined the first day.

The location is nice close to everything
Pros:

The Beach access and Parking. The Owner was very nice over the phone.

Cons:

The unit is on 3rd floor and has no elevator. Our Unit was filthy the floor was dirty the towels had spots on them we washed all the towels that were provided first thing. There was nasty stuff on the headboard of the twin beads, looked like dried on mucus. It was just not clean we mopped, vacuumed and wiped all the surfaces down with Lysol.

Bill's is our favorite place to stay at in Gulf Shores.
Pros:

Bill's is perfect for us. It's not one of the latest and greatest, huge, something-going-on-all-of-the-time properties. The buildings and facilities are a little aged, but it's clean, comparatively quiet and everything we need for a relaxing get-away is right there. We vacationed there a few years ago and liked it so well that we booked another week for the following year. Family situations got in the way and we had to cancel. Finally got a chance to go back to Gulf Shores this year and we briefly considered staying somewhere different, but we both liked Bill's so well that when we saw that there was an availability at Bill's, it was a no-brainer.

Cons:

I do wish there were more eateries in easy walking distance, but if there were, it probably wouldn't be as quiet and there'd be more traffic congestion. The master bedroom mattress is soft. My wife absolutely loved it, but my back didn't. It was no big deal though because I have the same problem everywhere.
