Soggiorno strepitoso!!
Pros:

Tutto, Michela è stata da subito molto disponibile e comprensiva.Ci ha informato su tutto anche per dei servizi che non riguarda a la loro struttura.la posizione era strepitosa perché si va dritti al mare senza dover prendere l auto e anche il resto dei servizi erano vicini alla struttura.Abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo il fatto che appena comunicato che era finito il gas per cucinare e avere l acqua calda, messo giù il telefono c era già il tecnico alla porta con la nuova bombola del gas pronto per la sostituzione! Siamo fuggiti da casa per avere un po' di tranquillità, un po' il posto che è bellissimo, un po' l appartamento che era molto bello ed accogliente anch'esso il resto lo ha fatto l attenzione e le coccole di La Prima Isola e il suo staff con a capo Michela!!grazie ancora di tutto, torneremo senz'altro 💕💕💕❤️💞💞

Wir haben das beste draus gemacht.
Waren aber sehr enttäuscht. Die bebuchte Unterkunft war laut Adresse in Isola Rossa bekommen haben etwas völlig anderes. Ab vom Schuss und sicher nicht dem Preis entsprechend. Also eigentlich Betrug. Die gebuchte Verande Tanca Torre in Isola Rossa haben wir nicht mal gesehen. 😡😡😡😤😤😤

Cons:

Wir haben eine völlig andere Unterkunft bekommen nicht ein mal in dem Ort Isola Rossa sondern total abgelegen. 5 Km weiter in Cala Rossa Resort.
Absolut nicht das was wir gebucht und bezahlt haben. 😡😡😡

Pulizia dell appartamento pessima.una blatta enorme viva nel bagno,il lavandino del bagno otturato,il water perdeva acqua di continuo.appena arrivati abbiamo detto subito al agenzia i problemi ..c avevano detto che li avrebbero risolti il giorno dopo ma non si è mai visto nessuno x tutti i 14giorni della nostra vacanza
