This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
Please note that for all apartments, check-in takes place in the nearby village of Paduledda, in Via Lu Calteri 1.

You can bring your own bed linen and towels or rent them on site.
A surcharge of 10 euro applies for arrivals after check-in every 1 hour. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.

Lamentable

El pueblo es hermoso.
La ducha, muy buena.

No tiene wifi y se plantea que el servicio solo se ofrece en la recepción...a 4 km de distancia!!! No hay ni siquiera una tableta de jabón, de shampoo ni hablar...no tiene cubo de basura!!!...ni un mísero rollo de papel higiénico!! Hay que pagar alquiler diario por toallas y sábanas...y hay que pagar por el aire acondicionado, que sea dicho de paso, parece un ventilador de brisa tibia. No hay manera de refrescar las instalaciones por el calor acumulado durante el día. De terror!! NO PUEDE TENER 4 INSIGNIAS. Las fotos en absoluto coinciden con la realidad, salvo que me hayan adjudicado un apartamento de inferior categoría al abonado. Adjunto las vistas de los "balcones" de mi alojamiento frente al mar (ja!) y un par de tomas de parte del recorrido para el ingreso al "apartamento superior". Me siento profundamente defraudado. Caro y malo!
