Too small and not worth the price compare to HOTEL nearby
Nothing I like there. This was the worse experience.
Everything. The staff were irresponsible. The Television was problematic and they can’t give any solutions. Promised to come and repair the TV Box but no one showed up.

seriously. this is my first and my last booked this property
- like a budget room, we paid around rm600 per night but then not like a studio room at all
- no sink
- no washing machine
- toilet smell so bad
- totally not same as picture given on booking.com
- keys to enter the room very make us trouble. too much keep on the number and took few minutes to enter pascode.
Initially, i was very happy with what i get. Good location, clean environment and can find shops/restaurants nearby within walking distance.
Bad experience on 2nd night - next door neighbour managed to unlock my door at 1am! The next thing, my door key is spoilt due to the forced open. Called the management, nobody picked up. Texted in group chat, still nobody replied until the next day almost 10am.
Can't imagine if something bad happened and we need help urgently.
Not a single apology for the bad incident and nobody even replied to my feedback in the group chat even for the good reviews that i gave.
A great disappointment! That will be my very 1st and last stay, for sure.
I like the location and environment of the residence. Quiet and with close proximity to a convenience store, self service laundry and a little cafe at the main entrance. The coffee from the cafe is great to start your day although a little pricey. The management is very well organized, efficient and provided us with clear instruction and information for self service check in and check out. The rooms are provided with the basic amenities that you need for a short stay. However, do not expect too much.
The moment we entered the apartment, we could smell something very unpleasant especially in the studio room. Then we realized that the smell was from the water drainage in the toilet. It was very strong and uncomfortable. I also did not realize that the 3 bedroom apartment that we booked has separate doors for a studio and the 2 bedroom unit (that should be highlighted during the booking as it may not very comfortable for a family with small and special kids). Only a small bottle of shower gel provided for 5 of us while there were multiple bottles of shampoo were available (this need to be improved as well). The paint stain (shoe marks etc) on the floor should be cleaned as it makes the room appear quite dirty.
Location is centralised, nice view
Bed was stiff, no place to put luggages, have to put on the floor, my partner who has knee problem is having alot of difficulties.
Toilet has got a bad smell, room too, we have to buy some fragrances to place in the room n toilet. Towels given was not clean, have to go get new towels.
Look totally diff from the photos, very small room, like a hotel room size.
The room is big enough for a table & chair. A luggage stand should add additional point.

I like the location, the view from property and the facilities.
When we arrived (already late check-in) the property was not cleaned and prepared. No bedsheets, no pillow case, kitchen are in a mess (used plates and utensils are still in kitchen sink). Bed is also old, we can feel the spring of the mattress. There's a lot of small cockroaches especially in kitchen.

The deposit payment wasn't disclosed until the day of check in. The unit itself was mediocre, had an odd smell and was very different from what was advertised. Bedding was yellowish and didn't seem to have been changed recently. No blinds for the kitchen window. Really disappointing considering the amount paid for.
