The cleaning is bad got small cockroach, the WiFi is bad, the gate lock is spoil and feel unsafe we need to buy a lock to lock the gate, the heater need to wait for 30mins, the blanket is not clean.

Service slow. I'm waiting from 3pm+ untill 4.40 pm to check in. Hope you can improve your service. Then they ask me to give the key 11am. I'm check in late so i also can check out late right?
Late collecting of the key at 4pm ,room not ready. Once open the house very smelly, never clean the bed, full of hair and bedsheet dirty, never clear rubbish. My booking was for 3 nights. From day 1 till day 3. No WiFi, No TV. 2nd day No Aircon. I called the management never answer my call. I WhatsApp messages to your UHA Management regarding my problem and need help. But till I check out, there was no response or any help from your UHA Management. Very very poor service and very disappointing trip. My money goes to waste. Worse management... Will never never recommend to anyone in future.

There's a mamak shop downstairs to eat for convenience.
The place is really run down. Walls are peeling off, moulds in the bathroom. It was an experience that I wount put my family through again. Parking is at level 5, very narrow slopes at all parking levels. Tv doesn't work.
The house was very clean and comfortable.
Poor service,worst experience of homestay,dirty unit with musty smell,no reply from customer service chat,still charge rm90 for cleaning fee,sucks!
