Fan not working & never get repaired & poor environment & circulation...
Air con not strong...
Flooring very dangerous bcos of wood texture & found broken wood...poor maintenance...

Only allowed us check in late after 4.30pm due to delay in room cleaning.
Toilet not maintained, bathtub dirty, water flooded, bad smell & chocked.

Near by to jbcc dan komtar mall.
Not too worries below apartment have shopping mall and 24hr mamak restaurant . Night market pasar karat Jb awesome the most must visit.

Near to CIQ checkpoint.

Cons:

Lack of utensils (spoon, forks or others), although there were knife, cooking utensils. Except spoon and forks (which is only 1 or 2 pieces).
