Pros:

The location and the amazing view on the mountains. We enjoyed staying there and it was perfect for out late ski holiday.

Spacious, good value. Good spa.
Pros:

We were in 10/12 bed apartment. Spacious for a ski chalet. All en-suite. Clean. Good spa at Hotel.

Cons:

Noise levels. Neighbours above played instruments and music at 0200 on several nights. This despite management being told and ‘strict’ noise policy.

One of the best stays we experienced at a ski resort
Pros:

The location. We had an amazing view of the slopes. The people were friendly and helpful. The apartment was big and we had everything we needed. The only thing that might make it better would be a washing machine.

Cons:

It was comfortable and warm.

Very very good - could be excellent with a few cheap extra furnishings and, an extra toilet
Pros:

Staff friendly and helpful. Location was great and facilities good. Living space was a good size, with lovely view

Cons:

Very limited furnishing. Sofas functional and uncomfortable. Very small changes like some cushions and side lights would dramatically improve the experience and enjoy ability. One toilet is not enough for a 4-6 person flat. Better to have another toilet in one of the bathrooms. Bedrooms quite small to move around in.

Appart très bien placé et équipé peut-être à rafraichir. mais très long pour accéder à la station
Pros:

l'emplacement est parfait car notre appart était près des pistes et proche de l'hôtel dont nous avons pu apprécier la piscine.
appart très bien équipé. les draps sont faits à notre arrivée et nos souhaits sont respectés.

Cons:

réservation du samedi au samedi obligatoire et non du dimanche au dimanche ce qui engendre énormément de bouchons (4h pour 150km) à l'aller comme au retour . on arrive très fatigués quasi 11h de route pour 650 km. ce qui pourrait nous faire hésiter à revenir.

Pros:

Bon rapport qualité prix avec un emplacement exceptionnel. Le SPA est agréable, dans un hôtel juste à côté de la résidence. L’appartement est confortable et la vue est magnifique. Personnel serviable.

Cons:

La propreté de l’appartement à l’arrivé était limite, avec un sol un peu collant à la cuisine. Sinon propreté ok.

Nous reviendrons encore (pour une 5 eme fois)
Pros:

J'avais demandé un appartement de plein pied, ainsi qu'un emplacement de parking dans le même immeuble: cela a été respecté.
C'est la 4 eme fois que je viens, mais la première fois depuis que l'hôtel Alparena est terminé et j'ai vraiment énormément apprécié le SPA de l'Alparena avec la magnifique piscine bien chaude.
La baignoire balnéo dans la salle de bain et depuis la dernière fois, avoir ajouter une barre de douche et un pare-douche dans la salle de bain est un grand plus.
Le personnel du spa de l'Alparena est particulièrement gentil et prévenant.

Cons:

Mon appartement était un des seuls situé à l'ouest, donc la vue ne donnait pas sur la vallée, mais sur l'hôtel Alparena. En soi, ce n'est pas bien grave, mais vu l'orientation, et la hauteur des montagnes, il n'y avait jamais de soleil sur notre terrasse. Bon à savoir.
Au niveau du Spa, je n'ai pas apprécié que certaines personnes prennent des photos (cfr droit à l'image du code pénal) surtout lorsque l'on se trouve en maillot. J'étais très étonnée que le règlement d'ordre intérieure l'autorise (mais en mode silencieux). Dans d'autres spa, comme en Belgique ou en Italie, le téléphone est strictement interdit!...
Le spa est fermé 2 jours par semaine, dont le mercredi.
