A splendid stay
Pros:

The villa and particularly its garden had been built with attention to the smallest details. It was truly a rare find. Quiet, clean and beautiful on its own right! The staff could not have been friendlier. Photos may not do justice; this place is for guests who value harmony, beauty and privacy.

Cons:

With the garden it’s only natural that mosquitoes and other flies are around. Be prepared.

Ein Aufenthalt mit schöner Anlage, der jedoch durch ein Vorfall und einen insgesamt schwierigen Umgang mit Problemen deu

Das Layout im tropischen Villenstil und die allgemeine Atmosphäre des Anwesens stellen eine innovative und ansprechende Gestaltung dar.

Unser erstes Zimmer im Erdgeschoss war für zwei Personen recht beengt. Das zweite Zimmer im ersten Obergeschoss hingegen war geräumig und komfortabel, welches wir am Ende unseres Aufenthalts sehr zu schätzen wussten.

Cons:

Während unseres Aufenthalts kam es zu mehreren für uns unangenehmen Situationen. In der Nacht haben wir eine Kakerlake im Schlafzimmer wahrgenommen. Zusätzlich sind uns abends mehrfach Kakerlaken in den Gemeinschaftsbereichen wie Poolbereich, Jacuzzi, Rezeption und Lounge aufgefallen.

In dieser Situation war die Rezeption für uns nachts nicht erreichbar, obwohl laut Buchungsangaben eine durchgehende Erreichbarkeit vorgesehen ist. Der Umgang mit unserem Anliegen entsprach aus unserer persönlichen Sicht zunächst nicht den Erwartungen an eine Unterkunft dieser Kategorie.

Ein Zimmerwechsel wurde erst nach mehreren Gesprächen ermöglicht und nicht unmittelbar angeboten. Auch der Check-in verlief unorganisiert, da Unterlagen nicht vorbereitet waren und wir diese selbst ausfüllen mussten. Zudem entstand bei uns der Eindruck, dass unsere Ankunft als spät empfunden wurde, obwohl wir innerhalb des angegebenen Check-in-Zeitraums angereist sind.

Insgesamt haben diese Punkte unser Wohlbefinden und Sicherheitsgefühl während des Aufenthalts deutlich beeinträchtigt.

Veldig fint og rent hotell, men harde senger.

Veldig fin hage. Fine små rom med romslig bad og dusj. Uteområdet var veldig spesielt. Mange små og store sitteplasser i haven. Fint lite basseng. Et boblebad som vi ikke prøvde.

Cons:

Sengene var litt for harde etter vår smak. Den fine hagen med alle buskene og blomstrene førte til en del mygg. Myggsprayen som var på rommet var ti stor hjelp.

Отличное расположение, большая площадь номера, неплохой завтрак, уютная территория, наличие бассейна

Cons:

Номер уже довольно «уставший», в санузле видна плесень, часть конструкций отходит от стен. Не продумано расположение кондиционера, при такой большой площади почему-то его разместили напротив кровати, ночью не включить, соответственно по ночам жарко. Вытяжки нет, душно. Матрас жесткий, подушки хлипкие. Велосипеды, которые выдаются в аренду старые, у нас сразу слетела цепь на одном из велосипедов, сиденье не фиксировалось по высоте, спускалось вниз. Общее впечатление от пребывания в вилле сложилось таким, как будто нас совсем не ждали и чем быстрее освободим номер, тем лучше. Но это никак не сказалось на общем впечатлении об острове и о прекрасных людях, которые здесь живут. Все комментарии скорее чтоб обратить внимание собственников на необходимость реновации и работы с командой.

Pros:

La beauté de la villa et ses jardins décorés avec beaucoup de goût. Elle peut faire « la une » des magazines de décoration d’intérieur. Location de vélos bien pratique et petit déjeuner agréable.

Un allotjament que cuida tot detall
Pros:

La tranquilitat del lloc. Està molt cuidat, tant en les habitacions com en les zones comunes cada detall està perfectament pensat. El personal ha estat molt resolutiu i amable, fent-nos sentir com a casa en tot moment.

Cons:

Hi va haver un error en el número de nits de reserva i ens van canviar d’allotjament la última nit. De totes maneres no ho considero més que anecdòtic i estic molt agraïda de les compensacions que ens van oferir.

Einfach wunderbar
Pros:

Einfach alles. Traumhaft schöne Anlage - wie im Paradies. Sieht alles genauso aus wie auf den Bildern. Die Lage ist top: nur 2 Minuten zum Jetty und ganz in der Nähe von diversen Restaurants. Sicher eine der schönsten Unterkünfte auf der Insel.

Cons:

Der Duschkopf war nicht so richtig leistungsfähig.
