I liked the security of the property
The area
The apartment looks exactly like the photos. It was clean, very spacious, and well equipped with things like laundry detergent and other important details. The location was good; in my case, I prioritized staying in a well-connected area like this one, since I always had public transportation nearby no matter where I wanted to go. The neighborhood didn’t feel dangerous. It wasn’t the prettiest area in the city, but it felt average, and I didn’t feel at risk even when walking at night. People were very friendly at all times. Before going I had my doubts, but now I highly recommend it :)
My only complaint is that the check-in took too long. I had to wait outside for 40 minutes with three other guests who were also waiting to receive their keys. I arrived at 9:30 pm, so maybe that made things more complicated for the host, but once he arrived he was very friendly and everything went smoothly.

We booked for 3 people, the apartment was only ready for 2, we opened the sofa bed and arranged it ourselves, there is no hot water in the shower, there is a strong smell of cigarettes, there is no lock in the bathroom and the door does not close well, there were problems with the Wi-Fi and the fire extinguisher was out of battery and beeping, luckily I had the number of one of the people in charge, so they fixed the Wi-Fi and the beeping after digging, there is no free parking and you have to pay 20 dollars a day, I do not recommend coming here

I stayed in the apartment for a total of six nights. The bed was broken, and after informing the owners, they did not address the issue. I ended up sleeping on the floor for all six nights. I have never experienced such treatment before. Even when I contacted the management, I received no response. This is a disrespectful attitude toward a customer. I would not recommend staying at this place — if you encounter a problem, it will not be resolved.

They charged me $150 without any reason . I contacted Booking.com but they says this is not on their responsibility . Who will take responsible for the charges ? The total amount I have e paid but why the extra ?

Value for money. Location was OK.
No tea towels. No oven trays. A lot of utensils missing. Pillows were extremely flat. Tried contacting the management number I was provided for Mark but he did not reply.
