Polecam ten obiekt. Dobry stosunek ceny do jakości.
Pros:

Ładny, niezatłoczony czysty basen.
Apartamenty wygodne. Piękny , duży taras. Samo otoczenie zadbane, czyściutkie. Przy resorcie 3 dobre restauracje. Do plaży mieliśmy ok.10 minut. Do małego portu podobnie. Dość daleko do centrum Porto Cervo. Około 25-30 minut pieszo. Parking koło hotelu bezpłatny, miejski, z dużą ilością miejsc parkingowych.

Cons:

Na minus - bardzo twarda rozkładana kanapa w salonie. Nastolatek spał na nierozłożonej kanapie, ponieważ było miękko.
Jeden klimatyzator w salonie, przez co w sypialniach było dość gorąco.

PULIZIA INESISTENTE. ARREDAMENTO VECCHIO.

Purtroppo la mia esperienza è stata molto deludente. L’appartamento era vecchio e avrebbe bisogno di una ristrutturazione, con un frigorifero datato e addirittura arrugginito.

La pulizia è stata l’aspetto peggiore: praticamente inesistente. Durante il soggiorno di 4 notti la stanza non è mai stata pulita. Anche se il servizio di pulizia non era incluso nella prenotazione, ritengo che per un soggiorno di più giorni sia il minimo garantire almeno una pulizia o un riordino.

Inoltre, il cambio degli asciugamani era disponibile solo a pagamento, un servizio che considero poco adeguato.

L’unico vero punto a favore è la posizione, comoda e ben collegata. Per il resto, il rapporto qualità-prezzo non è stato all’altezza delle aspettative e non tornerei.

Buona soluzione per pochi giorni
Pros:

Posizione abbastanza comoda per arrivare a piedi a Portocervo, residence carino con bella piscina, facilità nel trovare parcheggio per l'auto, monolocale grande e comodo. Personale molto gentile e carino. Buono il rappoto qualità/prezzo per Portocervo.

Cons:

Letto matrinoniale scomodo, erano in realtà 2 letti singoli che non erano stati legati insieme e la notte si aprivano in 2. Bagno piccolo e con odore sgradevole.

Nelle foto gli arredi sembravano moderni e sembrava tutto molto moderno, invece una volta arrivati era tutto abbastanza vecchio, come il frigo, il cucinino, l’aria condizionata.. diciamo che il rapporto qualità prezzo non è stato il massimo, in più per quanto riguarda il parcheggio non avevamo parcheggio assicurato, se arrivavamo in tempo bene, sennò dovevamo cercare altro

O apartamento estava muito bem localizado. Em frente à piscina. Tem um terraço grande.

Cons:

As toalhas só eram trocadas de 4 em 4 dias. Os lençóis nunca foram trocados em 8 noites.
