Pool was not open. Facility is generally old and run down. Needs renovation. Would have preferred to stay at the Colonna Park but a room was not available.

pæn og ren lejlighed og flot pool. Hyggeligt lejlighedskompleks.

Cons:

Der lugtede ekstremt meget af kloak i lejligheden. Man forsøgte at gøre noget ved kloaklugten men det lykkedes ikke. HovedDøren var ikke tæt så vinden susede konstant ind igennem døren da det luftede meget hele tiden. Der var enormt meget larm fra trafikken. Det var ikke rart at gå tur i byen rundt om lejlighedskonplekset da der ikke var ret meget fortov og folkkører ikke pænt i byen, der køres aggressivt og uden ret meget hensyn til medtrafikanter. Kommer man efter spisetid kan man stort set ikke parkere sin bil da alle parkeringspladser er optaget af folk der skal i byen og spise. Spisepladsen i både køkkenet og på terrassen var lige til den lille side, man kunne næsten ikke sidde 4 personer med mad og drikke. Køkkenredskaber var meget beskedent, der var ikke nogen bordskånere, ingen spækbrætter, ingen knive til at skære kød frugt og grønt, ingen ovn ingen rigtige grydeskeer.

L’emplacement, pas très loin de Palau pour partir sur l’île MADDALENA. Le rapport qualité prix un bon confort de l’appartement

Amazing place to stay that doesn't cost too much in a very luxurious area.
Pros:

Nice rooms, great size and in an incredible location. Staff were super helpful if anything went wrong. The pool was nice and easy to get a sun bed near it. In reasonable driving distance are so many incredible beaches (a car is very necessary, although several resturants in walking distance).

Ants in our room
We were there for 4 nights and asked us to move to another apartment for our last night , when he rang he said he would move our bags etc but no one did it.
Would not give us an extra towel for the pool
I told them we were arriving at 2pm and he said ring us and you can leave your bags at reception. When we arrived no one was there and no one answered the phone.

Pros:

Facile pour se garer

Cons:

- Loin de l’ambiance (navette disponible en bateau jusqu’à 23h seulement)
- Pas de pression dans la douche et petit ballon d’eau chaude donc pas idéal pour se doucher
- Mal insonorisé, on entend même les pas des voisins
- Propreté moyenne
- Mobilier très vieillissant
- Mauvais rapport qualité prix
- Personnel ok mais pas chaleureux (quand nous sommes parties, ils ne nous ont même pas demandé comment était notre séjour)
