Pros:

De douche is fantastisch. Ook het zwembad van het complex is erg aangenaam. Daarnaast geeft het vrije uitzicht over de velden een heerlijk rustig gevoel.

Cons:

Er waren helaas ook een aantal punten die tegenvielen:
- De airco heeft onvoldoende capaciteit voor het appartement. Alleen wanneer je er vlak voor zit, merk je dat hij koelt. Hierdoor bleef het appartement te warm om comfortabel te kunnen slapen.
- Het bed is erg slap. Bij iedere beweging voel je het hele bed meebewegen.
- Het balkon is klein en met alleen een paar eenvoudige keukenstoelen niet erg comfortabel om te zitten.
- Bij het zwembad is nauwelijks schaduw aanwezig. Een paar extra parasols zouden het verblijf daar een stuk aangenamer maken.

Décevant, residence mal entretenue
Pros:

La disponibilité de Cristian qui s’est démené pour remplacer ou réparer.
La vue reposante sur les montagnes.

Cons:

L’appartement vétuste avec peu d’équipements pas adapté pour 4 personnes. Sans parler de la piscine fermée en Mai! Sur Booking, il est noté ouverte « en saison », il serait bien de donner des dates. Très déçues d’autant plus que la résidence à côté avait ouvert sa piscine impeccable et équipée de bains de soleil. Pourquoi n’avons nous pas eu cette chance?
Dans l’ensemble, nous remercions notre hôte qui a bien rattrapé le manque de soin à cette résidence qui pourtant a tout pour être très bien.

Pros:

La piscine, la Terrasse, l'accueil de Christian....

Cons:

Le couchage en mezzanine avec son échelle trop raide....c'est un logement très bien pour un couple, et éventuellement un adolescent pour le côté mezzanine.....

Pros:

Prachtig uitzicht vanaf slaapkamer, fijne keuken, fijn balkon, schaduwrijke parkeerplaats en goede douche.

Cons:

Slaapkamer boven is ongeveer 1.50 cm hoog, daar kun je dus niet staan. En de trap is heel stijl, met hoge treden. Dat vonden wij echt niet oké. Voor twee personen is dit appartement meer dan prima!

Bellissima vacanza la Sardegna tt da scoprire !

Casa con vista su valle bellissima a 15 min dal centro di santa Teresa di Gallura noi avendo la macchina ci siamo mossi liberamente se andate in questo posto vi consiglio di mangiare la ristorante Il Pescatore buonissimo !

Cons:

Piccola ma accogliente con tt ciò che serve l’unica pecca il materasso scomodo (almeno per noi ) il resto top !

Pros:

Bel appartement avec piscine commune à Porto Pozzo. Bien équipé, terrasse très agréable. Climatisation. Très bien situé pour visiter la côte Smeralda à environ 15 minutes de Palau ou Santa Térésa de Gallura (départ croisières La Maddalena), proche de Porto Cervo également.
Communication facile avec le gérant.
