Flat close to everything, especially the beach. And Dimas was very helpful.
The flat is a mosquitoes nest. We stayed at other places in santa Maria, and ot was the only one with mosquitoes. Alot of them! Also the flat was not very clean
Bed was comfy, nice shaded outdoor space great location and friendly neighbours.
Facilities were a little sparse sofa would have been good and mosquito netted windows needs repair.
Located in a quiet area, few steps from a very nice beach and also scooter and car rentals, and within 10mns from center which was great
Bed is comfortable and we slept very well, there were sometimes some dogs outside but this is the case in almost all santa maria and it wasn't frequent and didn't disturb us much (despite being light sleepers)
Dima was responsive and provided all necessary for our stay + also local tips

Shower without curtains was a mess as water was always getting everywhere despite taking all precautions, curtains are a must
Also, shower gel and shampoo in small units were not enough, although dima provided us with replacement but it's too small unless you take one bath a day (which is not convient if you are close to a Beach)
This is the second time I have stayed in this apartment in Santa Maria. It is close to the beach and the town and all the Restaurants and Bars.
I generally dont eat out and the facilities in the apartment enable me to eat in alot.
I will return to Sal and Santa Maria in 2024 and most likely book this apartment again if its available

Excellent location, nice flat and the host Zuleica was very helpful and polite.
Missing little details such as more towels, shower curtain, more crockery… things that would make it a bit more convenient and comfortable.
The wardrobe and cupboards were probably not opened for a long time, so everything had a mould smell. We had to leave all doors opened every day to ventilate and try to get rid of the smell of dump, and our clothes later ended up smelling. The toilet and the sink were leaking and the shower drain was blocked. I did inform the host who promptly sent someone to fix, but the problem continued.
Perfect location, nice apartment, lovely hostess, she gave us plenty information about the area. We had a lovely holiday.

Zuleica was a very good host, she even let me stay longer at the day of check-out because my flight was late afternoon !

The flat is very nice, the host is always available and kind, the position is perfect, very nice street, practically on the beach (a small but nice one), and only 5-10 mins walking to the city centre and Santa Maria beach.
Shower without curtain, impossible not to inundate the toilet every time we showered.
Pots for cooking were a bit useless.
Many mosquitos around, mosquito nets were quite helpful though.
For one or two people it was perfect. A few minutes walk from the beach or ten minutes to a nicer beach near the pier. A short walk into town for the main bars and restaurants.
