Appartamento pulito, moderno e accogliente, completo di ogni comodità. Lo staff cordiale e pronto a dare informazioni sul luogo.
In appartamento presenti vari servizi di cortesia (compreso spugne e detergenti per la cucina) e anche alcune bottigliette di acqua. Avendo soggiornato a Pasqua abbiamo trovato anche un dolcetto e degli ovetti. Grande attenzione al cliente, grazie!

Everything was absolutely perfect. Communication before the trip, even during the arrival in Chioggia, Alberto was in touch with us. The accommodation exceeded all our expectations. Spacious, clean, all the equipment you need for your stay was available on site. Spacious balconies with a view of the sea, where you can have a glass of Prosecco in the evening after a day of exploring the local beauties and sights. The hotel has its own underground parking. Bicycles are also available. Alberto was very welcoming and helpful. He recommended his favorite restaurants and pointed out interesting places in the area that are worth visiting. We definitely recommend Albamarina Residence. And in any case, we intend to stay there again in the future.

Suite mit Meerblick und Whirlpool - einfach perfekt!
Pros:

- Sehr schöne Ausstattung, alles vorhanden, was man braucht: Küche sogar mit Backofen, Betten waren gemacht, viele Handtücher, Seife, Spülmittel, Geschirrtuch, ...
- Großzügige, moderne Räume: alles sehr sauber!
- Tolle, zentrale Lage: Strand, Restaurant, Pizza, Bäcker, alles direkt vor Ort, Chioggia in 5 Min. mit dem Auto erreichbar
- Sehr freundlicher, hilfsbereiter Geschäftsführer! Wir durften kostenlos unser E-Auto laden, am Küchentisch stand ein Panettone und Osterdeko :)
- Der Whirlpool war bei uns als Alternative zum Meer auch sehr beliebt – wir waren im März da
- Das allerbeste war aber die Aussicht: Von jedem Raum aus (und den 4 Balkonen!) kann man durch die bodentiefen Fenster das Meer sehen – unglaublich schön!

- Ameisen in der Küche, welche aber gleich nach Information an das Personal bekämpft wurden
- Garage sehr eng, es wurde jedoch auf das Fahrzeug und die Größe eingegangen
- Küche nicht besonders gut ausgestattet
- Pool mehrere Tage außer Betrieb (Wasser grün), danach nur mit Badehaube schwimmen erlaubt
- Lage sehr weit außerhalb vom Zentrum

Die Mitarbeiter waren stets hilfsbereit und freundlich.

Cons:

Die Lage ist an einem stark befahrenen Verkehrsring. Auch mit geschlossenen Türen war der Lärm zu hören.
Natürlich kann das Hotel Albamarina wenig dafür, jedoch könnte man sich wenigstens einsetzen, dass die Geschwindigkeit von 30 km/h eingehalten wird.

Die Unterkunft selbst ist perfekt
Ärgerlich sind die extra Kosten von täglich 40,- für Liegen & Sonnenschirme für 4 Personen.
Möchte man diese nicht nutzen, bleibt nur, sich an einem schmalen Strandstreifen direkt am Wasser aufzuhalten. Hier kann aber der eigene mitgebrachte Schirm nicht genutzt werden.
Weiterer Kritikpunkt ist, dass der Pool mittags geschlossen ist und erst um 15h wieder öffnet.

Unser Auto wurde in der kamera-überwachten Garage des Hotel an einem bestimmten Tag sehr beschädigt.
Das Hotel verspricht seit drei Wochen uns bald zu sagen, wer den Schaden verursacht hat, weil die gesamte Garage video-überwacht ist und sie alle Video-Aufzeichnungen haben. Es sind aber leere Versprechungen, weil einmal spricht keiner mehr Englisch am Telefon, ein Mal ist der Mitarbeiter, der für die Kameras zuständig ist auf Urlaub, ein Mal hebt keiner mehr ab oder es wird uns eine Mehrwertnummer gegeben, welche zusätzliche Kosten verursacht. Dann wird uns schriftlich ein Datum gegeben, an welchem wir informiert werden, aber keiner meldet sich oder hebt mehr ab, wenn wir anrufen. Das ist unprofessionell.
Wir haben unnötigen Stress mit dem Schaden. Ein Hotel hat Verantwortung für Schäden, die in ihrer kostenpflichtigen Kamera-überwachten Garage passieren und sie müssen zumindest sagen, ob der Schaden von einem Mitarbeiter des Hotels verursacht wurde.
Wir haben jetzt alles einem Anwalt übergeben.
