Pros:

Der Weg zum Strand war nicht weit und das Meer war wunderschön.

Cons:

Der Balkon hatte Kaputte Fließen, das Mobiliar hatte zum größten Teil seine guten Zeiten schon hinter sich.

Nice place for a family holiday
Pros:

Appartment is ok- basic, but has everything you need. Good size, big bathroom, nice balcony. There is a small pool bar so you can get a snack or a drink. Appartment has great location- close to the beach- both free or with paid sunbeds and bus stop to nessebar or burgas, supermarkets, restaurants.
Pools are almost empty, big, nice- and QUITE clean ( there are plenty of sea gulls flying around and their poo lands on sunbeds and tiles around ther pool, so i guess it is not easy to keep this place super clean).

Cons:

We got 1 toilet paper for a group of 5 for 8 nights. Each time we have asked for more we got only 1 roll. Luckily there is plenty o super markets around so we could buy a pack.

There is a problem with ventilation system ( provably in the whole building). We didn't cook but when guests from other appartments were coking our place smelled really bad- fried onion few days in a row!
Smell was coming from ventilator above the stove.

Quiet location, good for families with small children
Pros:

This is an apartment complex, fairly quiet compared to a hotel, nice kiddy pool, there is a pool bar and the complex was secured.
The apartments had a fully functional kitchen, a washing machine and air conditioning.

Cons:

Very difficult to find parking. The rep was a very nice lady but the staff on site were not very pleasant. It’s a good distance from the sea, 10 min walking to the nearest one.

Good location. Good price. Great for 2 persons.
Pros:

1. Good location - 10 minutes walk from the beach
2. The pool is big and clean
3. The room has a big balcony and is relatively well equipped - air conditioners, microwave, cutlery, etc.
4. Suitable for 2 people. If you are OK to compromise your comfort - 3 people can be accommodated. With a big compromise of the comfort for 2 of you, you can accommodate 4 people.

Cons:

1. The flat B-9 is on the 1st floor, the the view is the parking lot on the street.
2. The couch which is used when more than 2 persons are accommodated is very old and uncomfortable.
3. The B-9 flat does not have own sun beds by the pool. This means that you’ll have to become “trespassers” and you use other people’s private sun beds.
4. The boiler for the hot water is not working properly and you’ll have either very hot water or only cold
water.
5. No parking space. However, it is relatively easy to
find a parking spot in the area around the hotel.
6. No internet (it is not included in the offer for B-9).
