Die Qualität der Anlage hat sich verschlechtert
Pros:

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal in der Unterkunft. Der Zustand der Einrichtung und der Wohnung hat sich leider verschlechtert.

Cons:

Mangelnde Sauberkeit, schwer erreichbares Personal (trotz der Ankündigung war niemand an der Rezeption, für Check Out und Rückerstattung der Kaution haben wir sehr viel Zeit gebraucht), verstopfte Dusche

Было приятно пребывать в апартаментах, чувствовалась забота и внимание к гостям! Есть всё необходимое для комфортного отдыха. Удачное расположение в нескольких минутах ходьбы от красивейшего пляжа острова с голубой прозрачной водой. Останавливаемся не первый раз в этих апартаментах,но с этой управляющей компанией сервис и наполнение были на порядок выше. Нам удалось отлично отдохнуть!

Nice location. Surin beach is very beautiful beach. One of the best in island with cristal water.

Cons:

Thats condominium. No service, only cleaning rooms. But that’s normal for condominium but they need front office people, at least one by shift.
