What really made my stay exceptional, however, was the outstanding service—especially from Fareen. Her kindness, professionalism, and genuine care for guests stood out in every interaction. She went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect, always greeting us with a warm smile and being ready to help with anything we needed.

Pros:

Modern feel, good location, daily cleaning. Host was very helpful and made sure we had a good stay. We would definitely stay here again.

View from the balcony was not the best one and there was a near by construction.

Aufgrund der negativen Erfahrung bei der Abreise kann ich nichts positives mehr schreiben.

Cons:

Vorsicht vor vermutlich betrügerischen Mitarbeitern.
Bei der Anreise wurden 2.000,- BATH als Kaution verlange. Kommt manchmal vor, habe mir nichts dabei gedacht.

Bei der Abreise hat es schon mal 15 Minuten gedauert, bis eine Mitarbeiterin von der Rezeption erschien. Dann konnte man mir die Kaution nicht geben, da die Kaution angeblich eine Mitarbeiterin hat, die nicht anwenden war. erst als ich mit der Polizei gedroht habe, hat man etwas unternommen. Insgesamt verlor ich 30 Minuten. Ich kann nur empfehlen, meiden Sie dieses Hotel.

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal in der Unterkunft. Der Zustand der Einrichtung und der Wohnung hat sich leider verschlechtert.

Cons:

Mangelnde Sauberkeit, schwer erreichbares Personal (trotz der Ankündigung war niemand an der Rezeption, für Check Out und Rückerstattung der Kaution haben wir sehr viel Zeit gebraucht), verstopfte Dusche
