Geweldig verblijf alles aanwezig en van goede kwaliteit.
Pros:

Het appartement wat echt in nieuw staat toen ik vroeg aan de eigenaar wanneer dit gebouwd is zei hij tussen de 2 en 3 jaar. Dit was echter niet te merken alles leek gewoon nieuw zelfs het bestek de pannen. Kortom geweldig! Hygiene was meer dan in orde. En wat wij super leuk vonden is dat we de aanwezige alpacas de ochtend voor vertrek even bij mochten komen kijken.

Cons:

Het enige dat voor ons tegenviel is dat we het ook geboekt hadden voor de aanwezige buiten spa maar die was door aankomst tijd in begin avond helaas niet meer open. Wij waren op een doorreis en dit was eigenlijk ons extra ontspanningsmoment. Het staat wel aangegeven maar dit is niet iets waar ik op gelet hebt. Aangezien het ook laag seizoen is kan ik dit ook zeker begrijpen.

Ottimo appartamento e area spa
Pros:

Bella struttura, nuova, costituita da appartamenti.
Alloggio pulito, ordinato, minimale ma perfetto per un breve soggiorno.
Davvero piacevole l'area spa con idromassaggio, sauna e vasca finlandese, la prima giornata è stato offerto un drink di benvenuto!

Cons:

- Migliorabile il check-in, sarebbe utile ricevere qualche consiglio o indicazione; (al contrario gentilissima e accogliente la ragazza in zona spa/bar)
- Sarebbe comodo avere in appartamento l'essenziale per la cucina, es. sale-zucchero...

Pros:

Appartamento confortevole, ben arredato e ben corredato, materasso duro e cuscino non ottimi. Pulizia perfetta.

Cons:

Ho trovato un peggioramento nei servizi, prima era possibile ordinare la colazione direttamente in appartamento e lo trovavo un servizi molto utile, gradevole e sfizioso, ora non è più possibile. Spa aperta veramente troppo poco tempo.

Great spot for families travelling with pets
Pros:

Spacious, well-stocked and very clean garden apartment. Kind and friendly staff. Walking distance into Isolaccia with good restaurants and bars just across the road.

Cons:

Perhaps a smaller bedside light in the bedroom would have been useful. While the staff were very helpful and kind, sometimes the reception was unmanned with no warning, making it difficult to know when to go and speak with someone. A tiny detail, but perhaps not playing a radio station at the spa would be a bit more relaxing :)

Pros:

Sauber, gut ausgestattet, alles nötige zum Kochen vorhanden. Putzmittel und Utensilien da. Tiefgarage, sehr praktisch.
Gute Sauna, lustige Mitarbeiterin im Spa Bereich.

Cons:

Wir hatten leider kein Glück mit der Lage der Wohnung: Die Fenster gingen direkt zur Baustelle, zu den Mülltonnen und zum Haupteingang. Dadurch gab es ständig Lärm, Fliegen vom Müll und keine Privatsphäre auf dem Balkon.

Es gab keine Klimaanlage. Schlafen im Juni war ohne geöffnetes Fenster kaum möglich, mit geöffnetem Fenster aber ebenfalls problematisch wegen Lärm und Fliegen. Zusätzlich wurde die Lüftung offenbar nachts zentral ausgeschaltet, was wir nicht nachvollziehbar fanden.

Außerdem waren die Kontaktmöglichkeiten sehr eingeschränkt: Die Rezeption hatte nur kurze Öffnungszeiten, und außerhalb dieser Zeiten war es schwierig, jemanden zu erreichen. Ein Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption war leider ziemlich unfreundlich, was den Gesamteindruck zusätzlich verschlechtert hat.

Pros:

Очень всё понравилось. Чистый, новый номер.
Спа , баня и приветственный напиток. Всё на высоте. Детям понравились альпаки которые живут на территории.

Cons:

К сожалению нет ресторана. Но мы нашли в соседних гостиницах где покушать.
