Pros:

Great location close to town with lovely views. Everything you need for comfortable stay.

Cons:

Communication was a bit lacking. Booking said check in after 2pm we arrived at 5 and no one was there. Was no big deal as keys were waiting for us but email advising that reception times were limited would have taken away any stress.

Clean comfortable accommodation in a great location. Friendly staff.
Pros:

Great view and location in proximity to the Centre, yet quiet. Apartment exceptionally clean and fresh. Good off street parking. Assistant manager Jess was so friendly and helpful.

Cons:

If the property had a pool I would stay there every time…

Great location for the town and very helpful staff
Pros:

Really good location and super helpful staff, I was there during a cyclone, the town lost power and water was everywhere, but they could not have been more helpful

Room overbooking

We arrived onsite and the lady at reception said we had a longer stay booked with them, then she said we had no booking even though we showed the booking reservation. She started to blame booking.com for the situation, however such situation never happended to is before. I suspect they simply overbooked.

A really bad experience to travel 20000 km and find out you had no place to sleep.

Absolut empfehlenswert. Würden sofort wiederkommen. Personal mehr als freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Pros:

Super Lage, toller Meerblick, sehr schönes Appartement. Der Balkon lud zum verweilen ein.

Cons:

Bett und Bettzeug sind leider schon in die Jahre gekommen. Bad könnte ein bisschen moderner sein.
