Pros:

Location, It is beside Batam center, so when you arrived from Singapore by ferry, you can just walk to the apartment. The view is great, we can see the port and the sea from balcony and you have mall too accross the apartment after the road. We booked two rooms apartment, the AC is cold enough for hot Batam's weather, and apartment have small convenient store near its lobby

Cons:

The horn of the ferry in morning when they going to sail or arrived. quite loud

Cons:

We booked total of 3 units. One of the units, the pillow is very thin and flat, no neck support at all. Also, common issue for the units, the wall paints are peeling.

Sorry, won't be coming back in the future. Will definitely choose another hotel.
Cons:

The check-in. Had to climb a questionable, wobbly step bench to access the room key in the mail box. Only one set of key/card was provided for each room. Facilities in the rooms varied. I booked two rooms. There was no door latch inside the room. The door had to be locked from inside the room using the keys to prevent others from entering the room from outside.

Need Improvement.
Pros:

1) The bed sheet, pillow case cover & blanket r very comfortable
2) Nice sea view unit

Cons:

1) toilet shower - drainage choke during shower
2) toilet - only given 1 small toilet paper roll
3) Can feel some floor tiles not intact when stepping on it
4) The smell balls too strong, doesn't need to put in every corners of the unit.
Feel uneasy when smell too long
5) only 1 key & 1 card given

Only the lobby looked decent. And the location is close to the ferry terminal.

Cons:

The lift was too slow. Only 1 was operating. The rooms were bad. The sofas and mattresses were stained. I asked for an extra towel for the second day as my towels were damp but was not given any. The management insisted that 4 is all that they will give. We could not even locate the switch to the balcony for one of our rooms.

Pros:

The location was excellent. Walking distance to ferry terminal and mall.

Ground staffs very courteous and polite.

Cons:

The sofa bed was so uncomfortable to sit and watch tv. Back ache. Mineral water and coffee and tea no fill up on day 2. We bought coffee. Only 4mineral water provided for 2 days. Only 2 tooth brush provided for room of 3pax.
