Bilik kami menghadap bandar.. selak langsir terus nampak masjid agung serta welcome to batam.. nak cari makan sangat mudah,staff yang baik melayan tetamu,berjalan kaki untuk ke mall terdekat.. ada kedai 24jam.. saya pasti akan kembali

1st stay at Batam, pleasant experience!!
Pros:

The location from the ferry terminal to the apartment takes about 5mins walk. Lobby has nice lounge area for residents or guests to chill and take aircon.
Security on site helpful and friendly. At Night, one security is always on duty.
Next to it has a 24hr convenient store with some cozy area to dine in facing the sea view. Overall, highly recommended.

Cons:

We had difficulty in locating the apartment, as its signage was out of sight and the building is blocked by Harris hotel. So, for travellers do ask the guardpost at the Harris to show you the way to walk through the carpark from Harris to reach One Residence,Palam Mansion lobby.
The Lobby and smoking area has many flies or mosquitoes. Hopefully they get that sorted out. Overall the whole place is actually very clean.

Pros:

Location, It is beside Batam center, so when you arrived from Singapore by ferry, you can just walk to the apartment. The view is great, we can see the port and the sea from balcony and you have mall too accross the apartment after the road. We booked two rooms apartment, the AC is cold enough for hot Batam's weather, and apartment have small convenient store near its lobby

Cons:

The horn of the ferry in morning when they going to sail or arrived. quite loud

The location is just next to Ferry Terminal

Cons:

We booked total of 3 units. One of the units, the pillow is very thin and flat, no neck support at all. Also, common issue for the units, the wall paints are peeling.
