In summer, guests are welcomed at the Les Gémeaux reception. Access is via the outdoor parking lot at the bottom of Belle Plagne.

After booking, guests may reserve their accommodation location by contacting the residence directly. Location preferences are subject to availability and incur an additional cost.

Guests are required to use the reception at Les Gemeaux.

The property's reception opening hours are:
- Monday and Friday: from 09:30 to 11:00 and from 16:00 to 19:00
- From Tuesday to Thursday: from 16:00 to 19:00
- Saturday and Sunday: from 08:30 to 12:00 and from 14:30 to 19:00

If you expect to arrive outside reception opening hours, please inform the property in advance. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation.

Prices include: accommodation, bath linen (1 large towel + 1 small towel), household linen (kitchen towel + bath mat), cleaning kit, end-of-stay cleaning (except for the kitchen area and dishes), TV, all taxes and fees (except for the tourist tax), bed linen and basic WiFi access.

Basic accommodation that is clearly very expensive in half term, but fine as a place to sleep
Pros:

The location is close enough to the shops and the ski slopes.
It is fine as a place to rest but very basic.

Cons:

The check in process was delayed to nearly 6pm with no offer of a time we would be able to get a room (check in was from 5pm).
Under the bed in the master bedroom was quite dirty.
You have to make your own bed up on arrival and strip it on departure.
The walls are very thin so you can hear every noise from the floor above.
Pillows are very uncomfortable and thin.
One roll of toilet paper supplied for a week.
Kitchen equipment was oddly stored in the TV cabinet.
Enquiries in advance were responded to slowly or not at all.
The ski lockers are not heated and very dirty.
