Tudo excelente, limpo, bonito e moderno. Tem até máquina de lavar dentro do quarto (mas não é lava e seca). Recomendo e ficarei mais vezes quando voltar à cidade

Spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bath hotel rooms!
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay, and I especially want to recognize João, the night receptionist. He was incredibly patient while helping me figure out which room would be best for my family. He took the time to explain the different room locations and recommended an upper-floor room to minimize street noise, which made a big difference.

For future guests, the standard hotel rooms are located in the back of the building, away from the main street, making them much quieter. The two-bedroom, two-bath suites are in the front facing the main street. They are more spacious, but they can be quite noisy, especially on a busy weekend night, unless you're staying on one of the higher floors.

Some of the units also include a washer and dryer, which was incredibly helpful, especially for families or anyone staying for more than a few days.

I don't speak Portuguese, but João did his best to communicate in English and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the check-in process. His kindness, patience, and exceptional customer service deserve five stars on their own.

The breakfast restaurant is beautiful and a wonderful place to start the day. One morning they served a special tea from a carafe that was absolutely delicious and a memorable touch.

Overall, we had a fantastic experience. Thanks to João's thoughtful recommendations, we ended up with a room that worked perfectly for our family. His hospitality truly made our stay, and we would happily stay here again.

Café da manhã excelente e arrumação dos quartos impecável.

Cons:

Atendimento no quarto para conserto do Cofre, mesmo assim o cofre não funcionou, troquei de quarto e o cofre tbm não funcionava. Por mais que informem que é seguro deixar as coisas no quarto, se tem cofre tem que funcionar.

O quarto muito agradavel, chuveiro otimo, varios travesseiros sendo possivel escolher o mais adequado.
Por ser tipo flat, tinha além da geladeira, microondas e purificador de águal natural.
Funcionarios muito simpaticos e atenciosos.

Café da manha um pouco pobre de opções principalmente para quem fica hospedados mais que dois dias
